Operations Manager – (IT Networks)
Minimum Experience: 8 years.
Functional Duties: Responsible for maintaining company’s hybrid cloud network and ensure it is always stable. Work with Local Area Networks (LAN) that link up computers within the on-premise buildings with Virtual Private Cloud environments together in such a way that information can be shared between different locations. Develop, monitor/supervise, and ensure the implementation of all IT cloud security systems. Supervise and review the services being rendered by suppliers and vendors and decide on what aligns with the company’s needs (in terms of network service). Assist members of the IT unit in carrying out their respective duties on an individual basis.

Functional Duties: Responsible for creating a test automation framework leveraging enterprise tools to test cloud applications and infrastructure. Evaluates cloud application concepts to design automated test process to ensure quality of functionality, security and cloud elasticity. Recommend appropriate automation framework and develop automated test scripts. Coordinate with product development engineers to design all test plans. Implement and Monitor the entire processes and prepare status reports for progress. Analyze all functional and non-functional requirements for all automation test framework and provide training to staff if required. Administer performance of all regression tests on cloud functional processes. Develop required test plans for various automated processes and coordinate with QA and engineering team to document all required test cloud plans.

Functional Duties: Responsible for Cloud Security for development and migration teams. Support the development and monitoring of their Security Management processes and supporting tools ensuring we meet regulatory obligations.
Monitor security industry trends, developments and emerging cloud threats including sharing insight with wider team.
Adoption of security solutions across the organization. Implement tools driven and highly automated approach to deliver their key security management processes by exploring investment in existing tooling and / or identify new tool. UI Developer
Minimum Experience: 6 years
Functional Duties: Designs user interfaces for cloud native applications and develops web-based technical solutions that engage users and meet the customer requirements. Handles projects from conceptualization through delivery.
Develops and applies creative designs, ensuring that content meets brand standards and targets the intended audience.
Designs and develops the web infrastructure including back-end database development and the construction of SQL queries via CGI scripting. Tests and improves site usability while ensuring optimal performance on a variety of browsers. Requires knowledge of web technologies and tools such as HTML, Shockwave, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Flex, Adobe Flash, JavaScript, CSS, Ruby, Python, PERL, PHP, Active Server Pages, and C#. Minimum Experience: 6 years.
Functional Duties: Applies user-centered design principles to improve the workflow, expand the functionality, and enhance the visual appeal of cloud applications and mobile apps. Gathers requirements for users, defines information architecture, creates sample user personas, and documents user workflow. Designs wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Applies the results from user research and usability testing to create new features and improve current features. Requires knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, Line to and FLASH. May perform user research, usability testing, or facilitate focus groups. May require familiarity with various graphic design software packages. Work with product owners, and engineers to deliver a platform to identify user needs and validate design decisions. Produce end-to-end experiences, including prototypes, wireframes, map workflows, interaction design, and visual design, representing the user always. Participate in discovery sessions, formative studies, usability testing, and other forms of design research.

Change Management Expert - IT
Functional Duties: Plan and oversee the rollout of new cloud native application and updates to the existing application platforms. Coordinate the training and adoption of these software releases. Create, update, and maintain training documentation for analysts and users, so that they can easily understand and begin using the application platform.
Create training material, including documents, handouts, flyers, videos, and other rich forms of media that are commonly consumed as part of modern training programs. Conduct webinars, online training's, and in-class room training, including occasional travel to different client sites where primary personnel are located. Create “Train the Trainer” type documentation that can be distributed widely and used to exponentially scale the change management efforts associated with this contract. Conceive of, create, distribute, and measure the results of training and adoption, so that the program can understand how well new products are performing in the wild.

Security Architect
Minimum Experience: 10 years.
Functional Duties: Identify or resolve highly complex issues to prevent cyberattacks on cloud systems or keep computer information systems secure from interruption of service, intellectual property theft, network viruses, data mining, financial theft, or theft of sensitive customer data, allowing business to continue as normal.
