Urgent Requirements: When the Federal Supply Schedule contract delivery period does not meet the bona fide urgent delivery requirements of an ordering agency, agencies are encouraged, if time permits, to contact Total Computer Solutions for the purpose of obtaining accelerated delivery. Total Computer Solutions shall reply to the inquiry within 3 workdays after receipt. (Telephonic replies shall be confirmed by Total Computer Solutions in writing.) If Total Computer Solutions offers an accelerated delivery time acceptable to the ordering agency, any order(s) placed pursuant to the agreed upon accelerated delivery time frame shall be delivered within this shorter delivery time and in accordance with all other terms and conditions of the contract.

Specialized experience includes: project development from inception to deployment, expertise in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms, demonstrated capability in managing multitask contracts and/or subcontracts of various types and complexity. Functional Responsibility: The Program Manager is ultimately responsible for contract performance. The Senior Program Manager provides and ensures senior contract management, oversight, and support for multiple complex IT services and solutions contracts which may be geographically distributed and/or may involve multiple distinct IT disciplines. Coordinates all contract support activities and serves as the contractor’s authorized interface with the client’s Contracting Officer and/or designated representative(s).
