26. NOTIFICATION REGARDING REGISTRATION IN SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) DATABASE: Contractor has an Active Registration in the SAM database.

ManCom Inc offers the following Labor Category Descriptions to support the effort contemplated herein.

1. Title: Cloud Computing Specialist III Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Minimum Years of Experience: 10 Functional Duties: Responsible for creating, managing, maintaining and supporting customer cloud environment. Provides recommendations and solutions as new or emerging technologies become available. Works with the project or program manager as well as the customer representative to draft reports and conclusions on best practices.

2. Title: Cloud System Architect Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Minimum Years of Experience: 10 Functional Duties: Responsible for developing and designing an approved approach to setting up and configuring a cloud infrastructure. Acts as a project manager when required. Responsible for developing reports, providing quality checks, consulting with the customer and ensuring all cloud systems are operating at optimal performance.

3. Title: Cloud Data Migration SME Minimum Education: 4 year degree OR 6 years of industry experience Minimum Years of Experience: 6 years’ experience in data migration or related fields.

Functional Duties: Responsible for developing various methodologies for Cloud data migration. Analyzes and reviews best practices for creating migration planning in the cloud. Establishes deliverables for requirements and tracks timeline for a successful data migration. Responsible for reviewing details regarding where data resides and where it is to be migrated prior to the start of migration. Analysis consist of, but not limited to resource availability, latency, data integrity and operating system requirements. Works closely with the program or project manager to establish timelines and set expectations.

4. Title: Cloud Project Manager Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Minimum Years of Experience: 10 Functional Duties: Responsible for managing specific Cloud projects as outlined in the statement of objectives. Manages a group of focused individuals dedicated to one or more specific tasks. Coordinates with the Program Manager or customer designated representative(s).

5. Title: SharePoint Cloud Design and Development Specialist Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Minimum Years of Experience: 10 Functional Duties: Responsible for the design, development, coding, compliance, training and maintenance of Microsoft SharePoint cloud and other like software applications. Works with the program manager and may fill the role of project manager. Responsible for coordinating with the customer and providing feedback and recommendations on best practice approach. Responsible for creating test environments as well maintaining compliant productions sites. Compliance could include NIST, Section 508 and other compliances within the contract deliverables.

6. Title: Webmaster Sr Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Minimum Years of Experience: 10 Functional Duties: Works with the project or program manager to support customer initiatives. Develops, designs and maintains Web and intranet sites. Responsible for maintaining web certs, images, forms and compliance to include 508. Responsible for drafting reports and providing recommendations.

7. Title: Systems Engineer III Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Minimum Years of Experience: 10 Functional Duties: Could function as the Program Manager or Project manager. Responsible for designing, reviewing, maintaining systems state and providing updates, patches fixes and installation of complex systems or applications. Works closely with the customer to evaluate system status, recommends and implements changes as requested. Maintain security logs and compliance based on task requirements

8. Title: Systems Engineer V Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Minimum Years of Experience: 15 Functional Duties: Could function as the Program Manager or Project manager. Responsible for designing, reviewing, auditing system state. Works directly with the customer to evaluate potential threats and how to mitigate them. Works other contracting agencies and companies to determine best course of action. Prepares detailed reports, and briefs customers on status of tasks or objectives. Works with the organization CTO or CIO to resolve complex issues.

9. Title: Operating systems Programmer IV Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Minimum Years of Experience: 10 Functional Duties: Responsible for developing, analyzing, installing and maintaining computer systems and computer system peripherals. Detects and diagnose computer related issues to include software and hardware. Capable of replacing critical computer components to an operational state. Capable of leading a team of system programmers. Identifying and resolving quality discrepancies on site and in a cloud environment. Works closely with the program or project manager to draft reports and perform information technology analytical functions.

10. Title: Program Manager Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Minimum Years of Experience: 15 Functional Duties: Responsible for day-to day contractor activities. Manages one or more contract personnel. Responsible for generating reports and aligning customer business goals with contractual requirements

11. Title: Data Entry Specialist Minimum Education: 2-year degree or technical certifications. OR 4 years of industry experience in related fields.

Minimum Years of Experience: 4 Functional Duties: Duties include reviewing and migrating data. Responsible for generating reports, creating queries, charts and grafts in multiple formats. Works closely with the Program or Project Manager to support customer requirements. Knowledgeable in various types of databases and able to visually manipulate data to based on customer requests. Imports and exports data as needed.
