LABOR CATEGORY DESCRIPTIONS

Title: Engineer Experience: 8 Years Degree: Bachelor’s Degree Functional Responsibility: Develops block diagrams and logic flow charts. Translates detailed design into computer software. Tests, debugs, and refines computer software to produce the required product. Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. Enhances software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency. Provides technical input to developers to ensure program deadlines are met.

Title: Operations Developer

Experience: 5 Years Degree: Bachelor’s Degree Functional Responsibility: Designs software tools and subsystems to support software reuse and domain analysis. Interprets software requirements and design specifications to code, and integrates and tests software components. Must have an excellent understanding of software development (i.e., software requirements analysis, top-down design, structured analysis). In addition, software testing, software documentation, contract monitoring knowledge and contract acquisition knowledge is desirable.

Title: Program Manager

Experience: 10 Years Degree: Master's Degree; or Bachelor's Degree and 12 years equivalent work experience Functional Responsibility: Serves as the contractor's single contract manager and shall be the contractor's authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), the contract-level Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Government management personnel, and customer agency representatives. Assists in establishing style guidelines and standards for texts and illustrations. Excellent written communication skills are required.

Degree: Bachelor’s Degree Functional Responsibility: Organizes and conducts moderately complex training and educational programs for information systems (technical) or user (non-technical) personnel. May develop instructional curriculum and materials; gathers and assimilates information on subject matter, organizes and condenses material, and prepares course outline, handouts, and visual aid materials.

Coordinates with subject matter experts to ensure that prepared courses meet stated objectives.

COURSE DESCRIPTIONS

ITAC

The Integrated Threat Analysis Course (ITAC) prepares the DOD Intelligence analysts and operators to integrate successfully with the cyber mission through a highly structured, collaborative analysis effort. This hands-on course uses Hive-IQ® to prepare new and experienced analysts and operators to navigate, communicate, and succeed in a real-world technical cyber mission.

OSINT

Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) course is a 3-day hands-on introduction to OSINT frameworks and open-source tools. The course prepares intelligence professionals and operators to successfully integrate open-source intelligence information with day-to-day analysis. This course uses our flagship product, Hive-IQ®, to teach participants how to apply project management and collaboration to the identification, evaluation, and responsible use of OSINT data.

Content Development When a customer makes a request for stylized content to the training, for example, inclusion on current events, new government requirements, or requirements specific to their organization/agency.
