OLM FlexLAKE™ Solution
Data in some agencies is constrained within the Legacy Systems from years of compounding rule sets, crippling modernization / big ideas. Legacy systems are complex, and usually sparsely documented and need to be fully understood to mitigate risks to loss of functionality and data. Complexities of running legacy and new system in parallel lead to data redundancies & inconsistencies, increasing operational and maintenance costs. Mature technical staff and SMEs are required who can bridge the legacy system and growing data.
FlexLAKE™ can be configured to directly connect to various databases and data sources to create a flexible data lake solution that reduces data footprint by removing redundancies; refactoring schema to improve organization and efficiency; data lake is enhanced by alerting to potential erroneous or anomalous data, anonymizing data & delivering data for dashboarding, reporting, augmented analytics, fraud-detection etc.
Data complexity is addressed by reducing and restructuring data repository in a way that limits data duplicity and improves query efficiency, reducing operational and maintenance costs; autonomously refactoring data lakes, reducing the need for technical labor costs; performing conversion in the cloud removing the need for specialized hardware; and streamlining access to legacy data.
Mindboard offers 4 level of Flexible Data Lake Delivery and Service Model depending on customer needs. We will engage with customer to negotiate the statement of work regarding the requested levels of data complexity to determine the appropriate level of customization to meet requirements. FlexLAKE™ Licensing fee is a one-time set up cost & 100 hours of support / customization.
