Analyst I Works with multiple IT Departments/sources to research, collect, identify and report software or system requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis. Critically evaluates information gathered, reconcile conflicts; decomposes high-level information into detail functional and development or system requirements. Assist IT project managers with project plan, version scopes and timelines. Work with development or systems team to implement requirements related to IT projects. Can solve simple problems, and most often will require directional supervision provided by more experienced personnel.

Cloud Software Engineer The Cloud Software Engineer (CSE) provides knowledge in design, architecture, and development in a cloud environment. The CSE utilizes cloud infrastructure tools to develop and support large cloud systems via all phases of the software development lifecycle. The cloud infrastructure tools typically encompass programming languages, libraries and services supported by the contractor. The CSE may provide technical direction to IT support staff. The CSE may establish multi-platform versions of the software package. The CSE may write tests for existing software and create code to ensure compatibility and stability of the domain. The CSE may have a supervisory role for IT staff.

Cloud Solutions Engineer The Cloud Solutions Engineer (CDSE) provides leadership in assessment of the existing infrastructure of a business and research solutions for moving different functions (e.g. database storage) to a cloud-based system.

The CDSE will utilize the assessment to develop plans for development and support of scalable software solutions deployed to the cloud. Leads engineer-client interactions and product demonstrations. Service Contract Labor Standards: The Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS), formerly known as the Service Contract Act (SCA), is applicable to this contract as it applies to the entire Multiple
Award Schedule (MAS) and all services provided. While no specific labor categories have been identified as being subject to SCLS/SCA due to exemptions for professional employees (FAR 22.1101,
22.1102 and 29 CRF 541.300), this contract still maintains the provisions and protections for
SCLS/SCA eligible labor categories. If and / or when the contractor adds SCLS/SCA labor categories to the contract through the modification process, the contractor must inform the Contracting Officer and establish a SCLS/SCA matrix identifying the GSA labor category titles, the occupational code, SCLS/SCA labor category titles and the applicable WD number. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the contract.
