Aids in the design, development, and maintenance of applications and systems, and redesign of existing systems to fulfill the needs of customers. Provides systems functionality and capability analysis. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the technology field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Minimum Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree and two (2) years of experience.
Application Engineer II

Enterprise Architect
Designs and develops complex business solutions using a variety of computer technologies. Independently performs a variety of system design and engineering tasks which are broad in nature and are concerned with design and implementation of major enterprise systems development and integration, including supporting personnel, hardware, software, and support facilities and/or equipment. Considered a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in one or more specific areas of computer system design and networking. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Project Manager III
Responsible for managing medium-sized IT projects. Prepares implementation plan, coordinates activities, monitors milestones, and provides progress reports. Under specific supervision of the program manager, will perform program analysis and control functions. Must be capable of creation and management of project information related to contractual requirements and cost (profit and loss reporting) for submittal to the program manager for review and approval. Must have a rudimentary understanding of accounting, management, and contract principles. Must be computer literate and be able to use computer aids such as spreadsheets, automated accounting systems, word processing, and graphics systems. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Quality Assurance I
Responsible for development of project quality assurance plans and the implementation of procedures that conform to the requirements of the contract. Responsible for verifying that each functional component of the project follows a defined process that conforms with contractual requirements. Reports findings to project staff, line management, and the customer, as appropriate. Provides an assessment of how the project's development process is being implemented relative to the defined process and recommends methods to optimize the organization's process. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Minimum Education/Experience: Bachelor’s and three (3) years of experience.

A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Minimum Education/Experience: Requires Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or other related scientific or technical discipline. Two (2) years of technical analysis experience.
Software Engineer/Analyst II
Provides functional and empirical analysis related to the design, development, and implementation of software operating systems, including but not limited to, utility software development software, and diagnostic software. Participates in the development of test strategies, devices, and systems. With minimal supervision, performs technical assignments as directed. Provides assistance and guidance to associates and support staff as directed. Report progress and problems to senior engineering personnel.

Service Contract Labor Standards: The Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS), formerly known as the Service Contract Act (SCA), is applicable to this contract as it applies to the entire Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) and all services provided. While no specific labor categories have been identified as being subject to SCLS/SCA due to exemptions for professional employees (FAR 22.1101, 22.1102 and 29 CRF 541.300), this contract still maintains the provisions and protections for SCLS/SCA eligible labor categories. If and / or when the contractor adds SCLS/SCA labor categories to the contract through the modification process, the contractor must inform the Contracting Officer and establish a SCLS/SCA matrix identifying the GSA labor category titles, the occupational code, SCLS/SCA labor category titles and the applicable WD number. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the contract.
