1. Planning – We pride ourselves on scrupulous research to uncover industry and market trends, competitors, and target audiences to best understand the client’s business, identify appropriate messaging, and developing a strong communications plan/outreach program complete with evaluation metrics.

2. Designing – As an essential piece of our process, we first develop objectives based on your identified business goals and digital transformation plans. Once objectives are outlined by us, a strategic plan details specific tactics designed to produce the intended enterprise results.

3. Executing – Implementation and persistent follow-up on our well-developed plans is the key to our success. We ensure milestones are met and provide our clients with status updates and program reviews throughout the implementation of project or projects.

4. Measuring – As a critical step, we always continually evaluate the success of the plans at multiple intervals throughout the implementation to ensure that the client’s business goals and technological objectives are being met.

2. Customer Information The Small Business Administration (SBA) strongly supports the participation of small business concerns in the Federal Supply Schedules (FSS) Program. To enhance Small

Business participation, SBA policy allows agencies to include in their procurement base and goals, the dollar value of orders expected to be placed against the Federal Supply

Schedules, and to report accomplishments against these goals.

For orders exceeding the micro purchase threshold, FAR 8.404 requires agencies to consider the catalogs/pricelist of Schedule Contractors or consider reasonably available information by using GSA Advantage! On-Line shopping service (www.fss.gsa.gov). The catalogs/pricelists, GSA Advantage! And the Federal Supply Service (FSS) Home Page

(www.fss.gsa.gov ) contain information on a board array of products and services offered by small business concerns.

This information should be used as a tool to assist ordering activities in meeting or exceeding established small business goals. It should also be used as a tool to assist in including small, disadvantaged, and women-owned small businesses among those considered when selecting pricelist for best value determination.

For orders exceeding the micro purchase threshold, customers are to give preference to small business concerns when two or more items at the same delivered price will satisfy the requirement.
