The services will be performed onsite and tested using the existing network cabling and security wiring infrastructure. Technician will dismount any existing non-compatible hardware installed at the location. The customer will provide each door’s location and system credentials 4 days before the scheduled onsite services. The customer will provide keys and access on the day of service. This service will not include alert configurations, monitoring services, or 3rd party application integration setup and automatic door opener. Advanced installations such as glass doors, magnetic locks, gates, and certain other door designs are outside the scope.

This is a service only & no hardware is provided.

Unless the contract specifically states otherwise, the service hours for our company are from Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, and exclude public holidays. $775.02

Installation of (1) Security Trunk/Composite Cable wiring up to 12' from the floor. Technicians will run the cable using the existing usable pathway, terminate both ends of the cable, label, and test the cable. This will be an indoor standard building environment using the access controller manufacturer's recommended Cable for up to 10 feet. The customer will participate in the pre-installation walkthrough for the cable termination locations in advance of the scheduled onsite services. The customer will provide keys and access on the day of service. Any areas over 12' might be assessed with additional charges, and any areas over 15' from the floor require a lift to be provided by the customer. This service does not include any new pathway, trenching, patch panel, firewall penetration, new conduit, raceway installation, or grounding. Cabinet Installation for up to 12 U, 1 Unit

Onsite installation of (1) wall mounts Racks or Cabinets up to 12 U and up to 45 Lb. The technician will install, secure, and set up a stand-alone or wall-mounted open Rack or a Cabinet onsite, paint, and install customer-provided Plywood if applicable. The cabinet will be installed based on the manufacturer's recommendations and assembled up to its feasible capacity. The services will not include a rack stack of network electronics services or passive equipment installation. The location must be up to par with the network equipment installation environment standards and have sufficient space to install the cabinet. The customer will provide the location of each IDF/MDF in a map format along with any specific instructions 14 days before the scheduled onsite services. Any cabinet installation over 8' might be assessed with additional charges, and any areas over 10' from the floor require a lift to be provided by the customer. Additional charges will be assessed to remove any old cabinets, remove equipment, and provide a new 3/4" Plywood. The customer will provide keys and access on the day of service. This is a service only & no hardware is provided. Unless the contract specifically states otherwise, the service hours for our company are from Monday through $381.16

The cabinet will be installed based on the manufacturer's recommendations and assembled up to its feasible capacity. The services will not include a rack stack of network electronics services or passive equipment installation. The location must be up to par with the network equipment installation environment standards and have sufficient space to install the cabinet. The customer will provide the location of each IDF/MDF in a map format along with any specific instructions 14 days before the scheduled onsite services. Any cabinet installation over 6' might be assessed with additional charges, and any areas over 6' from the floor require a lift to be provided by the customer. The customer will provide a designated area for both the product assemblies and disposal of the packaging material. Additional charges will be assessed to remove any old cabinets, remove equipment, and provide a new 3/4" Plywood. The customer will provide keys and access on the day of service. The cabinet will be installed based on the manufacturer's recommendations and be assembled up to its feasible capacity. The services will not include a rack stack of network electronics services or passive equipment installation. The location must be up to par with the network equipment installation environment standards and have sufficient space to install the cabinet. The customer will transfer the unit from its warehouse location to the designated IT room before the service scheduled date. The customer will provide the location of each IDF/MDF in a map format along with any specific instructions 14 days before the scheduled onsite services. The customer will provide a designated area for both the product assembly and the packaging material disposal. Additional charges will be assessed to remove any old cabinets, remove equipment, and install cable tray/ladder rack systems. The customer will provide keys and access on the day of service.
