CUSTOMER INFORMATION:

BACKGROUND

Airtec, Inc. (Airtec) is a small business that has been providing aircraft charter flights, maintenance, parts sales, and professional aeronautical-related services since 1987. In addition, Airtec performs specialized airborne surveillance, telemetry, test and evaluation, and range calibration services using fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft. Airtec furnishes airborne testing and surveillance services to both commercial and government customers. Airtec owns and operates its own fleet of aircraft; and employs engineers, mechanics, and pilots to perform all services.

We offer the following Airborne (Technical) and Professional Services:

Airtec provides both recurring and unique, one-of-a-kind testing services. The recurring airborne services are “pre-set” testing routines, techniques, processes, and methods to perform the required test or surveillance. Customers design the non-standard tests jointly with Airtec who performs the work to suit specific customer needs.

Airtec furnishes ancillary professional technical services such as planning, logistics, flight preparation, aeronautical engineering, engineering design, and other similar but related services.

CONUS FLIGHT OPERATIONS

The standby time for the use of scheduled aircraft is four (4) hours minimum per day or four (4) hours minimum per day while deployed CONUS.

A termination charge of four (4) hours will be assessed against, and billed to, the Government in the event that a scheduled flight is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Time elapsed traveling to and from the site where the airborne services will be accomplished will be charged at the standard hourly rate. Lodging, per diem and miscellaneous travel expenses are reimbursable in addition to the standard hourly rate.

For trips that remain overnight (RON) or away from home base (2W6) additional hangar and landing fee will apply and will be charged at cost

The hourly price for the Airborne Services includes all costs for, equipment (except customer-furnished equipment), fuel, aircraft, and other associated miscellaneous costs. Fuel is included (CONUS ONLY) in at the published hourly flight rate based on the cost of jet A at $2.50 per gallon. If Jet a Fuel exceeds $ 2.50 per gallon as surcharge will be added to cover the additional fuel expense.

OCONUS FLIGHT OPERATIONS

The Standby time or minimum flight time for the use of scheduled aircraft is seventy-two (72) to two hundred and eighty hours (280) minimum flight hours per month while deployed OCONUS. The OCONUS rate includes all pilots, mechanics, and sensor operators. The monthly minimum requirement will vary depending on type aircraft and area of responsibility (AOR)

The hourly price for the Airborne Services includes all costs for, equipment (except customer-furnished equipment and fuel) aircraft, labor, and other associated miscellaneous costs. OCONUS aircraft rates may require additional labor depending on the size and scope of operations. All OCONUS flight operations are charged fuel at our cost-plus G&A (no fee).

CONUS and OCONUS

Airborne Services are charged block time from engine start time to engine stop. The hourly rate is applicable to each complete 60-minute segment of time, or fraction thereof in increments of 1/10th of an hour. Standby time is charged the same as flight time until the daily or monthly minimums are meet. Airtec will quote and provide aircraft on an hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly upon request.

BT-67 AIRCRAFT

Minimum initial lease term on the BT-67 aircraft is 12 months invoiced on monthly bases.

After the 12-month initial term the lease may be extended month to month or greater with a 90-day notice to extend or cancel.

Airtec will accept a nonrefundable deposit of $ 261,000 equal to 3-month rent with no lease. At the end of 3 months the deposit will be applied to the 3-month period. If the lease is not executed by the end of the 3rd month either party may cancel or not enter into the balance of the 12-month lease.

An aircraft de-modification cost of $ 56,000.00 will be charged

King Air 350 ISR Dry Lease Minimum lease term of 5 years incrementally funded 12 months invoiced on monthly bases. The monthly lease rate includes 500 flight hours annually, scheduled maintenance and unscheduled maintenance (only normal ware & tare) . All scheduled maintenance to be performed at the contractor’s site. It the customers responsibility to ferry the aircraft to the contractors’ site for scheduled maintenance.

Unscheduled maintenance site as negotiated by Airtec and the customer. Hours over 500 flight hours annually will be charged an additional $ 900.00 per flight hour. The customer will be responsible for this additional cost: fuel, flight crew, hangar, insurance hull and liability, engine and propeller FOD damage, any damage or neglect to the aircraft whatsoever including engine hot starts, hard landings, and sensor repairs. A one-time configuration fee will be negotiated at time of ordering.

Gulfstream IV Wet Lease Gulfstream IV is a long range, long endurance, high altitude, multi-mission capable aircraft, highly modified and fully equipped. Rate includes full complement of aircrew, sensor operators, maintenance crew;

Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination of final ISR products. Rate also includes 120 hours/month of flight time.

The minimum time for the Professional Services is one (8) hours for work performed or standing ready at a location within 100 miles of the Airport at St. Mary’s County, Maryland exclusive of travel time; for work requested or performed at a location more than 100 miles from the Airport at St. Mary’s County, Maryland, a minimum of eight

(8) hours will be billed to a customer exclusive of travel time.

Travel time for professional personnel will be charged at the regular hourly price to the destination and return, plus all travel expenses. A minimum charge of eight (8) hours will be billed to the customer for professional services provided at a destination greater than 100 miles from the airport in St. Mary’s County, Maryland.

The hourly price for the Professional Services is applicable to each complete 60- minute segment of time, or fraction thereof in increments of 1/10th of an hour, for work performed. Time elapsed traveling to and from the location where work will be performed will be charged at the standard hourly rate.

The minimum time for Professional Services is one (1) hour for work requested or performed within 100 miles of the airport at St. Mary’s County, Maryland, exclusive of travel, if applicable. In the event work will be performed at a destination more than one hundred (100) miles from the FOB point, a minimum time of eight (8) hours will be charged for a normal business day exclusive of travel time. All RADAR, PRC and FLIR training courses are conducted at the customer’s facility with the customers supplied sensors. All travel is additional to quoted rates and invoiced as per the GSA and Joint Travel Regulations.
