SUBJECT: Red Six Solutions GSA Schedule

Autonomous and Unmanned Vehicle Systems: Red Six possesses the capability and wherewithal to present autonomous systems and unmanned vehicle systems which replicate the threat systems and techniques currently employed by terrorist and criminal organizations.

This capability provides customers with an independent means with which to assess their readiness to defend against threat use of these systems against their personnel and protected assets.

Threat Emulation: Red Six employs highly skilled, cleared FAA Part 107 Certified commercial drone pilots with fixed and rotary-wing expertise to provide customers with realistic threat emulation. Red Six takes pride in thinking like the enemy when developing its flight mission profiles in order to provide its customers with the most realistic threat representation possible.

Threat Analysis: Red Six closely actively monitors threat news and trends through open-source information sources, in particular social media. The videos, imagery and conversations provided through these sources provide invaluable information for understanding adversarial capabilities and direction. Red Six uses this information to help clients inform their design, engineering and risk management decisions related to their research and development plans.

Customization: Through modification and fabrication, Red Six can change its autonomous and unmanned vehicle systems performance and characteristics to match templated threat capabilities related to delivery systems, performance and signature.

Ground-Air Coordination: For our customers, Red Six provides all aspects of air and ground coordination to include coordination, as needed with the FAA, TSA and local law enforcement.

SIN SIN Description 541380 Testing Laboratory Services includes testing laboratory services and veterinary, natural, and life sciences; testing services and laboratories; and other professional, scientific, and technical consulting services.

541690 Technical Consulting Services include providing advice and assistance on technical domains and issues (except those covered by the environmental, energy, and IT consulting SINs on this Schedule).

541715 Engineering Research and Development and Strategic Planning services include conducting research and experimental development (except nanotechnology and biotechnology research and experimental development) in the physical, engineering and life sciences such as; agriculture, electronics, environmental, biology, botany, computers, chemistry, food, fisheries, forests, geology, health, mathematics, medicine, oceanography, pharmacy, physics, veterinary and other allied subjects.

*Ordering activities may request a price reduction at any time before placing an order, establishing a BPA, or in conjunction with the annual BPA review. However, the ordering activity shall seek a price reduction when the order or BPA exceeds the simplified acquisition threshold. Schedule contractors are not required to pass on to all schedule users a price reduction extended only to an individual ordering activity for a specific order or BPA.

Approved Labor Category Descriptions

Program Manager Functional Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall direction and management of contract efforts, including technical and managerial guidance over a broad range of software modification, implementation, and maintenance. Evaluates and proposes solutions to complex organizational, technical, and analytical problems. Organizes research into coherent tasks and monitors staff work to ensure the quality and timeliness of the product.

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in a management discipline or within the field or discipline in which work is to be performed

Minimum Experience: At least six (6) years of progressively more responsible supervisory and management project management experience with at least six (6) years of experience in government in government contract administration

Senior Program Analyst Functional Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall management of technical staff. Organizes research into coherent tasks. Performs analyses of projects and programs. Prepares analytical reports, periodic status reports, and program reviews. Responsible for conducting personnel evaluations.

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in the specific field or discipline in which work is to be performed

Minimum Experience: Six (6) years of experience in the specific career field or relevant discipline

Senior Project Manager Functional Responsibilities: Responsible for providing fiscal and production control as well as administrative and technical direction to both technical and support task managers and individual project personnel. Skilled in performing requirements, acquisition, programming, and budgeting activities and using both manual and automated tools required to support effective program management. Functions as a senior analyst or key member of a group assigned to a specific problem.

Works largely without supervision.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in a management discipline or within the field or discipline in which work is to be performed

Minimum Experience: Six (6) years of Red Team experience as a task lead in support of government Red Team projects; 16 years of experience with the U.S. Government in Operations, Planning or Operations Research

Special Requirement: Completion of Red Team Course at the U.S. Army University of Foreign Military and Cultural Studies (UFMCS)Individuals must be able to obtain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance, if required by the client

UAS Pilot Senior Functional Responsibilities: Full control and responsibility for the overall safety, efficiency and operation of remote-control Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) to include Unmanned Aerial Vehicles. Provide customer’s remote control drone fixed wing and UAS multirotor fabrication, maintenance, service, and repair. Lead teams of remote-control aircraft pilots in support of customer activities. Manage team activities associated with data collection of aircraft telemetry and imagery.

Minimum Education: Associates degree, High school diploma or GED

Minimum Experience: 1,200 logged hours of remote-control aircraft or commercial/military aircraft. Six

(6) years of experience remote control fixed wing and UAS multirotor fabrication, maintenance and repairing, piloting, and post mission data capture experience in support of Government customers.

Demonstrated ability to pilot aircraft both Line of Sight, Beyond Visual Line of Sight, and First Person View using a Remote Pilot Station.

Special Requirement: Must be certified under the FAA's Small UAS Rule (14 CFR part 107). Individuals must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance, if required by the client. Must be able to lift over 35lbs. and work in outdoor environments under all conditions.

UAS Pilot Functional Responsibilities: Full control and responsibility for the overall safety, efficiency and operation of remote-control aircraft Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) to include Unmanned Aerial Vehicles.

Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of weapon/ training/instrumentation system design and life cycle acquisition management. Demonstrated experience in organizing, directing and leading technical efforts in analyzing, specifying, developing, fielding, and sustaining weapon/ training/ instrumentation systems requirements, supporting weapon/training/instrumentation systems acquisition and conducting independent analysis, validation, verification and accreditation of simulations and models.

Operations Research Analyst (ORSA), Level 2 Functional Responsibilities: ORSA duties involve developing analytical methods as well as adapting and modifying techniques from other scientific, technical and analytical disciplines to solve complex problems. Must be able to independently organize and conduct research/analysis at the task level and direct others in the same.

Minimum Education: Master’s degree; Graduate of Military Service Command and Staff College

Minimum Experience: Experience in increasingly responsible positions in one or more military or defense industry functional areas. Ten (10) years of experience must be in active military service and may include a combination of operations, logistics, technical, or administrative responsibilities.

Substitution: In lieu of Command and General Staff college, the employee must have served for at least two years on a brigade-level staff or higher or possess a master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a discipline directly related to the requirements of the applicable statement of work.

Technical Writer Functional Responsibilities: Writes or revises material that is mostly standardized for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, instruction books, catalogs, and related technical and administrative publications concerned with work methods and procedures, and installation, operation, and maintenance of machinery and other equipment.

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

Minimum Experience: Minimum of six (6) years of technical writing experience in acquisition development, information technology and cybersecurity related work

Warehouse Technician Functional Responsibilities: Performs duties in the warehouse facility to include property accountability, logistical support, and the process of receiving, storing and shipping goods. The warehouse technician conducts property management using automated Warehouse Management System application software.

Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED

Minimum Experience: Four (4) years of experience in maintaining property accountability of U.S.
