Facilities Management Licensed Electrician: Responsible for reading blueprints or technical diagrams, installing and maintaining wiring, controls, and lighting systems, inspecting electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers, and identifying electrical problems using a variety of testing devices. Licensed Electrician will also repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools, follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electrical Code, while directing and supervising the Apprentice when on site.

Minimum Education Level: High School Minimum Years of Experience: 5 Required Licensed/Certification: IBEW JATC Apprenticeship, Electrical Journeyman Certification

Facilities Management Licensed Electrician Operating Bucket Truck: The Licensed Electrician will operate a bucket truck to assist with clearing & removing any limbs of trees or debris along the electrical power lines and rights-of-way. The Licensed Electrician will operate the bucket truck's aerial lift device to reach the limbs or debris.

Minimum Education Level: High School Minimum Years of Experience: 5 Required Licensed/Certification: IBEW JATC Apprenticeship, Electrical Journeyman Certification

Facilities Management Apprentice Electrician: Apprentice Electrician helps the Licensed Electrician with their tasks. They follow the instructions they receive, which may involve installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems. Apprentices also help with the installation of new systems and their components, including wires and lighting fixtures.

Minimum Education Level: High School Minimum Years of Experience: 4 Required Licensed/Certification: IBEW JATC Apprenticeship

Facilities Management Licensed Electrician After Hours: Carries the same duties and responsibilities as the Licensed Electrician, but only operates after hours.
