SERVICES DAILY RATE

Roof Observation Services has become a vital service to ensure that roofs are installed “as specified” and that the contractor has a qualified person to answer questions quickly to help the project meet posted deadlines. Roof observers ensure that the contractor is installing the new roof system per the project manual documents. Roof observers document daily project activities, photo document each phase of the work completed in the day, and document daily weather and manpower information. Daily reports are provided as a deliverable for this service.
