Some College 2 Years Custodian Supervisors organize janitors' schedules of duties and assign various tasks and examine buildings to ensure the work meets pertaining to the SOW.
Evaluate the complaints about the service, manages inventory of cleaning supplies. Supervisors' responsibilities may also include providing quality control, troubleshooting and leadership regarding other areas of facility maintenance services, such as emergency response, general maintenance, and snow removal. Must meet standard background security requirements for unescorted access in local, state or Federal government facilities.
