LABOR CATEGORY DESCRIPTIONS
Principal Experience:
A minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience. Senior-level role, responsible for assuring the firm's capacity to provide high-quality services on time, efficiently, and profitably. Authority to enter into contracts for professional services. Final responsibility for project completion in accordance with contract terms. Serves as a senior in-house technological specialist.
Functions:
Plans and leads the development of complicated technological solutions for large office relocation and refurbishment projects, including planning, design, and analysis. Supervises planning and manages project coordination and management. Provides a detailed explanation of all project management and technical requirements.
Education:
BA/BS degree in the related field
Senior Project Manager Experience:
A minimum of ten (10) years of experience, including three (3) years as a project manager. Effectively leads and manages projects, guaranteeing high-quality performance by the project team and the firm as a whole. Expert understanding of the planning, budgeting, and design processes, including strategic, operational/logistics planning/budgeting, procurement strategy and execution, end user, project team, and public communications, as well as closeout.
Functions:
Responsible and liable for all aspects of project execution, including technical/professional, financial, and customer satisfaction. Comprehensive project management assistance and supervision are provided for the design, reconfiguration, and relocation of office spaces for facilities program services to meet project and task order requirements. Maintains communication with the customer while planning and executing the project.
Education/Training Requirements:
BS/BA degree or equivalent specialized experience is required.
Quality Control Specialist Experience:
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience. Collaborates with the Project Executive and Project Manager to analyze plans and project documents for conformity to company criteria.
Functions:
Responsible for managing resources, work standards, schedules, and quality assurance plans; monitoring progress reports; overseeing workers; and communicating policies, objectives, accomplishments, and overall contract performance. Responsible for the overall quality of the project and its deliverables. Responsible for the quality and accuracy of all project documents, such as drawings, budgets, installations, and punch lists.
Education/Training Requirements:
BS/BA degree or equivalent specialized experience is required.
Architect/Interior Designer Experience:
Minimum of four (4) years of experience. Works jointly with the Senior Architect and Project Manager to examine plans and project documents for conformity to company criteria.
Functions:
Provides leadership in developing complex solutions for planning, architectural, and interior designs. Plans, designs, reviews, and coordinates complex engineering or design tasks in support of project accomplishment. Applies engineering skills and abilities to complete necessary calculations to determine the feasibility of different design options. Provides space utilization planning, functional relationships, and office layout.
Education/Training Requirements:
BS/BA degree required.
Planner/Scheduler/Inventory Experience:
Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience organizing relocation plans and timetables with other crafts and tradespeople. These services will be delivered and completed with the utmost cost-effectiveness and little company impact. Provide both temporary and long-term furniture warehousing, as well as adequate responsibility for stored objects.
Functions:
Accountable for managing and regulating the overall scope, budget, and schedule of complex, multi-project projects, as well as engaging with executive management to ensure that all essential program management, technical, and related issues are resolved.
Education/Training Requirements:
BS/BA degree or equivalent specialized experience is required.
Junior Interior Designer Experience:
Minimum of four (4) years of experience. Work together with the Senior Architect and Project Manager to examine plans and project documents for conformity to company criteria.
Functions:
Leads the development of complicated solutions for planning, architecture, and interior design. Complex engineering or design activities are planned, designed, reviewed, and coordinated to help the project succeed. Utilizes engineering knowledge and ability to do essential calculations to establish the feasibility of various design solutions. Offers space planning, functional linkages, and office layout.
Education/Training Requirements:
BS/BA degree required.
Relocation Coordinator Experience:
A minimum of four (4) years of experience delivering services is necessary for the restructuring and consolidation of current facilities and the opening of new facilities. Maintaining project paperwork, planning timetables, and supervising move activities on-site are all examples of the required experience. Coordinates the documentation and subcontracts for relocation initiatives.
Functions:
Works jointly with the project manager to satisfy the client's needs. Responsible for aiding with moving costs, creating a move sequence timeline, and planning furniture, systems, and equipment reuse. Provides support services for the scope of work and keeps track of the relocation and any damages made by movers.
Education/Training Requirements:
BS/BA degree or equivalent specialized experience is required.
Administrative Assistant Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of specialized administrative expertise. Provides administrative support to project managers. Facilitates meeting scheduling and attendance. Oversees document management and offers consistent, high-quality assistance to projects and service groups.
Functions:
Functions as a team member, offering administrative help and support. Creates graphical or other documentation and input from numerous sources for briefings, reports, and task order administrative deliverables.
Education/Training Requirements:
BS/BA degree or equivalent specialized experience is required.
Purchasing Specialist Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of expertise in acquiring project-related materials, supplies, and services on time and at the lowest feasible cost. Has an understanding of purchasing and procurement processes and procedures.
Functions:
Accountable for purchasing project-related items at the lowest feasible price. Offers guidance and information on products, supplies, and services to all interested parties.
Education/Training Requirements:
BS/BA degree or equivalent specialized experience is required.
Material Handling Laborer Experience: 1 Year Functions:
This individual will carry out physical duties to move or store supplies or merchandise. Duties include manually loading or unloading freight cars, trucks, or other conveying vehicles; unpacking, shelving, or storing products in correct storage areas; and delivering goods by hand, truck, cart, or wheelbarrow. This definition excludes workers whose principal role involves: a. Participating directly in the production of goods (e.g., moving items from one production station to another or placing them on or removing them from the production process); b. Stocking merchandise for sale; c. Counting or routing merchandise; d. Operating a crane or heavy-duty motorized vehicle such as a forklift or truck; e. Loading and unloading ships (alongshore workers); f. Traveling on trucks beyond the establishment's physical location to load or unload merchandise.

Packer Experience: 1 Year Functions:
This role involves preparing products for shipment or storage by packing items into containers, selecting appropriate packaging, adding protective materials, sealing, labeling, and verifying contents. It excludes packers who build wooden boxes or crates.

Installer Experience: 2 Years Functions:
This role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, computer proficiency, and multitasking. The candidate should work independently and have experience collaborating with furniture dealers, installers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and tradespersons. Responsibilities include installation, reconfiguration, refurbishing, inventory control, and relocation, with knowledge of commonly used furniture systems and a focus on quality control and process improvement.
Education/Training Requirements:
A minimum high school graduation is required. Certification in the internal QC program is mandatory. Additionally, a minimum of 1,000 hours of active field-level QC experience is needed.
Forklift Driver Experience: 1 Year Functions:
The Forklift Operator transports items and supplies throughout a warehouse, manufacturing facility, or other business using a forklift powered by fuel, electricity, or liquid propane.

24' Box Truck with Driver Experience: 1 Year Functions:
The truck driver drives a truck to transport materials, merchandise, equipment, or workers between various types of establishments such as: manufacturing plants, freight depots, warehouses, wholesale and retail establishments, or between retail establishments and customers' houses or places of business. This driver may also load or unload the truck with or without helpers, make minor mechanical repairs, and keep the truck in good working order. Sales routes and over-the-road drivers are excluded. An over-the-road driver regularly drives a truck over such a distance that the worker does not return to the departure point in the same workday or is a worker who is paid on a mileage or mileage plus load factor basis and may be compensated for or provided meals or lodging or both. For wage study purposes, Truck Drivers are classified by type and the rated capacity of the truck. Rated capacity is the gross vehicle weight minus the empty weight of the vehicle:

The site supervisor is an onsite project resource that helps manage and coordinate multiple vendors. They create and maintain schedules, notate and communicate progress, and provide reporting.

3 years of supervisory experience in the installation 2 years of supervisory experience with six or more subordinates 5 years of installation service experience Functions:
The team lead for installation projects with six or fewer individuals, or collaborating with a Project Manager on the installation component of a larger project. The Supervisor oversees the crew members allocated to the project, distributes all responsibilities, and monitors staff efficiency. The Supervisor is the customer contact for services involving six or fewer crew members.

Tractor Trailer Truck & Driver Experience:
1+ years of experience driving with a commercial license Functions:
Drives diesel-powered or electric tractors to transport and deliver assets to their desired location. The Driver acts as the client liaison for services with two or fewer crew members.

To assist with management, organizational, and business tasks, consult as a subject matter expert to solve complex problems in technical fields such as engineering, science, logistics, asset management, operations, research, program management, risk, information technology, finance, and acquisition.

Program Manager Experience:
10 years Functions:
Oversees the operations of projects and programs. Guarantees that project timelines are fulfilled. Ensures efficient use of system resources. Managing the general administration of the designated task order or orders. Carries out a variety of logistics engineering duties related to supply chain acquisition, distribution, and transportation, as well as the design, implementation, operation, and performance of logistics services. Oversees a group of logisticians as they complete a project. Offers top-level management professional functional and technical help to incorporate industry best practices and lower risk while introducing new technologies, procedures, and approaches. Logistics systems, tools, evaluations of current supply chains, implementation and change plans, life-cycle impact analysis, facility and location consolidations, and transportation modeling are some examples of this.
