Draftsperson Responsible for project development tasks within the company. The draftsperson works closely with the project team to execute project related work and develop quality project materials within the established time frames. The draftsperson reports to the Principal, Sr. Project Designer/Manager, or Project Designer/Manager, depending on the project and required tasks.

Clerical Provide communication with Manufacturers, Furniture Dealers, Customers, and staff. Coordinate Job folders and enter all applicable information, drawings, shipping documents, quotes, purchase orders and job information into the Management Information System

Cost Estimator Prepares all estimates required by project personnel.

Supports the Government specialist in negotiation and maintains the as-built records and drawings as the project progresses. Keeps records of the estimated costs and final actual costs. Ensures that all budgets and change order estimates are completed and reviewed by the Project Manager and Government Specialists prior to being used in negotiation.

High School 2 years’ experience in cost analysis/estimati ng in related field.

Document Control Tech Performs routine document center support functions such as photocopying; delivering items; generating blowback;

re-filing documents and shelving; packing boxes and preparing; completing log sheets; Prepares documents for imaging/scanning.. Maintains inventory/control records.
