Partnership With any successful project, a strong team is essential. Knowing this, Capital Brand Group has numerous affiliations with vendors across the United States to supply material and services as inexpensive and efficiently as possible. This permits

CBG to locate the most obscure material, in the middle of the night, and install before open of business the following day.

In fact, this is a regular occurrence for facilities served by CBG. Whether it be a malfunctioning chiller serving the RADM of the Navy Yard or supplying the back‐to‐back CAT‐5 hurricane‐stricken Virgin Islands with temporary facilities, Capital

Brand Group is well‐equipped to deal with vendors for emergency situations.

Team

While Capital Brand Group has affiliations with talent agencies across the nation, retention is one of our core principles.

Many of our staff have been part of the team since inception and we believe that’s due to our stellar work environment, upward mobility, and training program. Washington Business Journal recently rated Capital Brand Group in its “Best Places to Work” for 2020 & 2021.

To Capital Brand Group, improvement is an integral part of a successful team. We offer free training for professional engineering, PMP, CPMM, CQM, OSHA, EM 385, to cite a few examples. Additionally, CBG has a standing order to all staff

– present a training program and we will compensate you to train, test, and ultimately receive certification.

Safety Perhaps the most important factor to Capital Brand Group is a safe working environment. All employees are given a rigorous safety training program based on their exposure. Our goal is simple – zero accidents. Managers and Supervisors are required to obtain their 30‐hour certification while directors are required to be OSHA 500/501 Certified Trainers.

Additionally, field staff have weekly toolbox talks and are required to perform pre‐task planning guides for all tasks. This ensures everyone is thinking about the potential risks and planning to avoid or remove them from the equation. We believe our culture of safety is why we have never had a recordable accident.
