14. Warranty provision: Envise will guarantee the services provided shall be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal service and use. Envise will provide warranty service for all parts and labor for the warranty period one year after final acceptance by the owner, should any defects in material be found during this time, it shall be replaced by Envise at no charge to the owner.

HVAC Apprentice Functional Responsibilities: Assist in fabrication, installation and servicing of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
Minimum Experience: Currently enrolled in Steamfitters local 602 apprenticeship course.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma.
HVAC Mechanic Functional Responsibilities: Provides fabrication, installation and servicing of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
Minimum Experience: 5 years experience within Steamfitters local 602 union and/or has passed the journeyman’s state license exam.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma.
Controls Technician Functional Responsibilities: Provides installation, programming and servicing of building management systems and HVAC systems.
Minimum Experience: 5 years experience within Steamfitters local 602 union and/or has passed the journeyman’s state license exam.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma.
Controls Programmer Functional Responsibilities: Provides programming, configuration and testing of HVAC direct digital control building automation and controls systems.

Functional Responsibilities: Taking measurements and comparing system operations to the desired state. Adjusting the hardware or controls to correct operational issues or recommending corrective action. Creating and stamping TAB reports.
Substitutions.
Envise reserves the right to make the following substitutions in the education and/or experience requirements of any of the labor categories set forth herein.
1. Four (4) years of experience is equal to a Bachelor’s Degree, and vice versa.
2. Certification relevant to the labor category is equivalent to two (2) years of the experience or the comparable education requirement.
