Anchor transfers any manufacturer’s warranty for all equipment, parts and materials installed and/or used in performing maintenance and repair. All maintenance and repair Labor is warrantied for 60 days from acceptance inspection by the customer.

BACKGROUND
Anchor Innovation, Inc. (Anchor) is a diversified technical services company specializing in program management, exercise development and planning, maintenance, and training support to Antiterrorism/Force Protection (ATFP), Port Operations, and Special Warfare organizations within the United States Navy, as well as DoD, DHS, and State and Local Law Enforcement/First Responders. Anchor’s Subject Matter Experts (SME) are able to tailor program support and delivery of services across a diverse portfolio of functional areas. Each brings highly specialized expertise, qualification and experience to exceed performance specifications.
Anchor operates utilizing an ISO 9000:2015 compliant Quality Management System. The program includes detailed Quality Procedures and standards for operations and services.
Procedures are developed to meet specific customer needs and requirements and include a comprehensive Safety Program. Project Manager
Minimum Education: Technical/Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum Years of Experience: 15
Management specialist responsible for oversight of direct operations relating to project management, completion of deliverables and control of assigned governmental, and or, municipal assigned assets. Project Manager will possess detailed knowledge of all operations and maintenance practices relating to specified tasking including all service and government instructions, policies and regulations. Manages personnel to ensure all deliverables are met, schedules personnel and resources to meet contract objectives.
Production Supervisor
Minimum Education: High School / GED
Minimum Years of Experience: 10
Management specialist responsible for oversight of completion of deliverables and control of assigned personnel, material and equipment. Production Supervisor will possess detailed knowledge of all processes, contract deliverables and maintenance practices relating to specified tasking including all service and government instructions, policies and regulations.
Manages personnel to ensure all deliverables meet quality and delivery schedules and ensures efficient use of personnel and resources to meet contract objectives.
Site Supervisor
Management specialist responsible for oversight of direct operations relating to contract site management, completion of deliverables and control of assigned governmental, and or, municipal assigned assets. Site Supervisor has minimum of 10 years' or related experience and will possess detailed knowledge of all operations and maintenance practices relating to specified tasking including all service and government instructions, policies and regulations.
Manages personnel to ensure all deliverables are met, schedules personnel and resources to meet contract objectives.
Engineering Technician
Minimum Education: Professional Certification
Minimum Years of Experience: 5
This technician performs non-routine and complex assignments involving responsibility for planning and conducting a complete project of relatively limited scope or a portion of a larger and more diverse project, selects and adapts plans, techniques, designs, or layouts, contacts personnel in related activities to resolve problems and coordinate the work, reviews, analyzes, and integrates the technical work of others. Minimum 10 years' documented industry maintenance and repair experience, or 5 years’ experience and possess either the highest Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) certification possible, or multiple certifications from marine engine manufacturers. Individual must possess the highest level of knowledge certifiable in marine systems integration. Individual must possess an extensive training background in engine maintenance and electrical troubleshooting, customer service, superior knowledge of OEM operations to include parts procurement and warranty submission, marine engineering shop management experience, and extensive financial management experience to include budgeting and forecasting.
Machinery & Mechanical Technician
This technician performs non-routine and complex assignments involving responsibility for planning and conducting a complete project of relatively limited scope or a portion of a larger and more diverse project, selects and adapts plans, techniques, designs, or layouts, contacts personnel in related activities to resolve problems and coordinate the work, reviews, analyzes, and integrates the technical work of others. Minimum 10 years' documented industry maintenance and repair experience, or 5 years’ experience and possess either the highest Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) certification possible, or multiple certifications from diesel, vehicle and marine engine manufacturers. Individual must possess the highest level of knowledge certifiable in mechanical and marine systems integration. Individual must possess an extensive training background in engine maintenance and electrical troubleshooting, customer service, superior knowledge of OEM operations to include parts procurement and warranty submission, marine engineering shop management experience, and extensive financial management experience to include budgeting and forecasting.
Electrician
Electrician brings a minimum of 5 years' experience performing a variety of electrical trade functions such as the installation, maintenance, or repair of equipment for the generation, distribution, or utilization of electric energy of vehicles or vessels. Work involves most of the following: installing or repairing any of a variety of electrical equipment such as generators, transformers, switchboards, controllers, circuit breakers, motors, heating units, conduit systems, or other transmission equipment; working from blueprints, drawings, layouts, or other specifications, locating and diagnosing trouble in the electrical system or equipment, working standard computations relating to load requirements of wiring or electrical equipment, and using a variety of electrician's hand tools and measuring and testing instruments. In general, the work of the maintenance electrician requires rounded training and experience usually acquired through a formal apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience.
GRP Fabricator / Woodsmith
GRP Fabricator and/or Woodworker brings a minimum of 5 years' experience in the repair and fabrication using wood or composite core and fiberglass materials. This position repairs damaged fiberglass panels and hulls using pneumatic tools and knowledge of fiberglass repair techniques, cuts away damaged fiberglass, using air grinder, smoothes edges of painted surface using sandpaper or air-powered sander, masks surrounding undamaged surface, using masking tape, cuts plastic separating film using shears, and tapes film to outside repair area. The Repairer mixes polyester resin and hardener according to specifications and applies mixture to repair area, soaks matting in resin mixture and layers matting over repair area to specified thickness, peels separating film from repair area and washes surface with water, and occasionally secures new panel to repair area using C-clamp. The Repairer applies and spreads body filler manually to reestablish surface. The Repairer also manually files away excess filler to match original contour, smoothes filler, using air sander, and cleans repair area with air gun.
Logistics Support Specialist
Minimum Years of Experience: 3
The Material Expediter executes the following: locates and moves materials and parts between work areas of plant to expedite processing of goods, according to pre-determined schedules and priorities, and keeps related record, reviews production schedules inventory reports, and work orders to determine types, quantities, and availability of required material and priorities of customer orders, confers with department supervisors to determine materials overdue and to inform them of location, availability, and condition of materials, locates and moves materials to specified production areas, using cart or hand truck, and records quantity and type of materials distributed and on hand. Work may include the following tasks: directing Power-Truck Operator or Material Handling Laborer to expedite movement of materials between storage and production areas, compare work ticket specifications with material at work stations to verify appropriateness of material in use, prepare worker production records and timecards, and may update and maintain inventory records, using computer terminal.
Quality Assurance Manager
Production and quality specialist versed in the latest governmental and industry models of quality excellence. QA Manager has a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the functional areas supported with a minimum of 5 years serving as a QA specialist. Ensures the following documents/controls in place: 1.Quality Manual, 2.Operational procedures, 3.Work instructions (orders), 4.Standards and technical manuals, 5.Engineering documents, 6.Production and control plans The QA Manager is responsible for the implementation of the QA Program as approved by the Managing Authority.
Warehouseman
Minimum Years of Experience: 3
As directed, the Warehouse Specialist performs a variety of warehousing duties that require an understanding of the establishment's storage plan. Work involves most of the following:
verifying materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages, routing materials to prescribed storage locations; storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods, rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials, examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage, removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment. This worker may operate hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties. Note: Exclude workers whose primary duties involve shipping and receiving work (see Shipping/Receiving Clerk), order filling (see Order Filler), or operating forklifts (see Forklift Operator).
Welder / Fitter
Welds metal components together to fabricate or repair products, such as machine parts, plant equipment, mobile homes, motors and generators, according to layouts, blueprints or work orders, using brazing and a variety of arc and gas welding equipment. This worker welds metal parts together, using both gas welding or brazing and any combination of arc welding processes, performs related tasks such as thermal cutting and grinding, repairs broken or cracked parts, fills holes and increases size of metal parts, positions and clamps together components of fabricated metal products preparatory to welding. This worker may locate and repair cracks in industrial engine cylinder heads, using inspection equipment and gas torch, may perform repairs only and be required to pass employer performance tests or standard tests to meet certification standards of governmental agencies or professional and technical associations.
Welder Fabricator
The Millwright installs new machines or heavy equipment and dismantles and installs machines or heavy equipment when changes in the plant layout are required. Work involves most of the following: planning and laying out work; interpreting blueprints or other specifications, using a variety of hand tools and rigging; making standard shop computations relating to stresses, strength of materials, and centers of gravity, aligning and balancing equipment, selecting standard tools, equipment and parts to be used, and installing and maintaining in good order power transmission equipment such as drives and speed reducers. In general, the Millwright's work normally requires a rounded training and experience in the trade acquired through a formal apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience.
Materials Specialist
The Material Coordinator coordinates and expedites flow of material, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in accordance with production and shipping schedules or department supervisors' priorities. In this job, the Material Coordinator reviews production schedules and confers with department supervisors to determine material required or overdue and to locate material, requisitions material and establishes delivery sequences to departments according to job order priorities and anticipated availability of material; arranges for in-plant transfer of materials to meet production schedules, and with department supervisors for repair and assembly of material and its transportation to various departments, and examines material delivered to production departments to verify if type specified. This Worker may monitor and control movement of material and parts along conveyor system, using remote-control panel board, compute amount of material needed for specific job orders, applying knowledge of product and manufacturing processes and using adding machine; compile report of quantity and type of material on hand, move or transport material from one department to another, using hand or industrial truck; may compile perpetual production records in order to locate material in process of production, using manual or computerized system, and maintain employee records.
Small Craft Surveyor
Survey specialist with an extensive background in pleasure and military craft assessment and repairs. Surveyor has the ability to perform valuation, repair estimates, and safety surveys. A Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors (SAMS) certification is preferred, but not required.
Surveyor will possess a minimum of five years survey experience in small boat survey and repair.
Craftmaster / Coxswain
Individual must possess USCG Masters License, formerly qualified Surface Warfare Combatant Crewman (SWCC), or have earned a Navy Craftmaster qualification and have 5 years' of documented experience operating small craft. Craft Master will be responsible for the safe navigation and welfare of any assigned crew to the assigned vessel. Craft Master must be able to pass the standard Coast Guard-approved physical.
