Customer Service Specialist Level 2**
•Person must be able to keep up with the daily KPIs (orders, returns credits, coop claims, etc.).
•This role will expose key individual to most business principles (Supply Chain, Customer RelaƟons Management (CRM), AccounƟng, InternaƟonal Business and Inside Sales).
•Must be able to work on a computer for 8 hours a day while answering 100’s of emails, phones calls •MUST HAVE intermediate to expert understanding of MicrosoŌ systems (Excel, Outlook, Access, Word, etc.).
•Will be trained to create / review various reports in order to improve the management of our customers both internal and external.
•Will be cross trained on various facets of the Admin Team (AccounƟng, MarkeƟng, invoices, mail machine operaƟons, recepƟon coverage, office supplies ordering, conference calls/ meeƟng arrangements, etc.…) •This posiƟon requires the ability to execute data entry of sales orders, coop claims, returns credits from customers both internal and external. •PosiƟon will also require the individual to work on special projects with other departments, such as MarkeƟng, AccounƟng and Sales.
•Experience operaƟng in an EDI environment is a plus, as well as experience having worked on e-commerce projects.

Machine Operator (Pharmaceutical industry)
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Clean manufacturing equipment according SOP`s or WI`s.
• Perform manufacturing tasks as assigned in the manufacturing department with proficiency.
• Perform VerificaƟon of calibraƟon for manufacturing equipment.
• Transport materials (Raw Materials, Blend and Cores) from the warehouse/ staging to the funcƟonal area. Verify all materials for accuracy and quanƟƟes received.
• Weight individual materials per batch record requirements and standard operaƟng procedures/ work instrucƟons.
• Set up Manufacturing equipment according to batch record specificaƟons.
• Operate Manufacturing equipment as per product batch record following Standard OperaƟng Procedures.
• Document all weights verified in the manufacturing batch record.

COOP
