561320SBSA Staff Accountant Staff Accountants prepare and analyze a company’s financial records. They compile financial statements, review data, and ensure financial compliance. Staff Accountants are responsible for executing a variety of financial procedures, including month-end and year-end closings, accounts payable and receivable, tax returns, bank reconciliations, general ledger entries, forecasting and budgeting. Staff Accountants also analyze corporate financial operations to ensure the business is running efficiently. Typical duties and responsibilities of a Staff Accountant include:
• Review financial statements for accuracy and legal compliance
• Prepare and file tax returns
• Enter accounting related information into business logs
• Inspect account books for efficiency and accuracy
• Organize and update financial records
• Recommend ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue
• Perform monthly bank settlements
• Prepare documentation for external auditors

561320SBSA Payroll Specialist Payroll Specialists serve in an administrative role to calculate and send out paychecks for employees with different employment classifications. They balance the payroll budget and document all transactions related to an employee’s wages, including any payments or credits for commission, bonuses, tips and hourly pay. They produce payroll reports for management and confirm approval for overtime or paid time off. They also communicate with other employees about any discrepancies in their pay. They may use multiple systems and payroll software features to pay full-time employees, contractors and other workers. Additional responsibilities include:

• Updating payroll records by entering any changes to employee information or benefits such as job title changes, exemptions and saving deductions

Human Resources Coordinator is exposed to all human resources procedures and assists with tasks throughout all areas of the Human Resources department. In addition to recruiting and placing new employees, a Human Resources Coordinator assists with guiding employees through various human resource processes, answering any questions they may have about policies. A Human Resources Coordinator may also assist with administering benefits, processing payroll and handling any problems or questions. The position also has an active role in ensuring all human resource functions are complying with local, state and federal regulations. Additional Human Resources Coordinator duties may include:
• Consulting with the employer and identifying employment needs
• Interviewing potential applicants regarding their skills, experience and education
• Contacting references and performing background checks on applicants
• Informing applicants about position details, including working conditions, benefits and duties

Specific Customer Service Representative tasks include:
• Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller

Duties include inputting data from documents (paper and/or electronic) into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses for customers and double-checking their work to make sure they inputted data correctly. Data Entry Clerks will often have the following responsibilities:
• Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders.
• Transfer data from hard copy or electronic documents to a digital database.
• Update customer information in a database.
• Organize existing data in a spreadsheet.
• Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.
• Run pre-defined or ad-hoc reports for a variety of internal and possibly external consumers.
