Database Manager/ Administrator II
Performs one or more of the following tasks in support of computer database administration:
Architects, design, oversee the development of, or administers computerized databases, installs and applicable database onto the appropriate computer operations systems, creates databases, installs the applicable databases onto the appropriate computer operating systems, creates databases, configure databases, configure databases (for a data warehousing application) use import utilities to install databases. Includes creation of indexes, clusters, snapshots, views and other databases objects, as well as, management of rollback segments, data file size, and all the other aspects related to the performance turning of databases. Write code for update queries, update data dictionaries as new fields are assed to the database and maintain a date correction log. Create and maintain date correction logs that identify the date, the correction that was performed, tables and fields effected, submission effected, error code effected and other pertinent metadate. Expand and update the data dictionary for the database and any related applications.
Minimum Education: Master’s Degree

Documentation Specialist II
Is responsible for preparing and/or maintaining systems, programming and operations documentation, procedures, and methods, including user manuals, reference manuals, etc.
Maintains a current internal documentation library. Provides ir coordinated special documentation services as requested. Competent to work at the highest level of all phases of documentation.
Gathers, analyzes, and composes technical information. Conducts research and ensure the use of proper technical terminology. Translates technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical personnel.
Minimum Education: Masters Degree
Journey Manager III Training and Development Managers - Plan, direct, or coordinate the training and development activities and staff of an organization. A Journeyman labor category typically performs all functional duties independently.
Minimum Experience: 3 years
Journeyman Manager II Managers, all other - All managers not listed separately. A Journeyman labor category typically performs all functional duties independently.
Junior Manager II Managers, all other - All managers not listed separately. Junior labor category is responsible for assisting more senior positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
Logistics Operator** Responsible for operating simulators, task trainers, virtual trainers, along with maintenance and operation, and associated supplies and equipment to meet training needs. Set up, operate, task trainers, computerized simulators and virtual reality procedural trainers, audio-video recording system and simulation supplies to meet training objectives. Conduct a scenario pre-brief and assist the instructor with after action report (debrief) if needed. Assist in the coordination and delivery of simulation expertise and support to standardized courses which lend themselves to simulation. Support simulation needs of other formalized training programs as appropriate.
Assess the suitability of simulation scenarios already developed and make recommendations in order to adopt or adapt them as appropriate. Work with the Modeling & Simulation (M&S) equipment custodian to develop a current inventory for all M&S equipment and supplies at their site. Develop troubleshooting checklists, simulator procedures, and lesson plans for M&S equipment. Recommend way to integrate simulation into organizational training initiatives to help ensure staff has the skills needed to meet day to- day operational requirements. Coordinate and provide student logistics, and administration support needs. Facilitate simulation training and provide feedback to the Course Director. Provide oversight of all simulation encounters to include after action reports (AAR) of simulation training.
Minimum Education: High School
Minimum Experience: 4 years
Program Manager II
Serves as the contractor's single contract manager, and shall be the contractors authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO) the contract level Contracting Officer Representative (COR), government management personnel and customer agency representatives. Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purpose, and goals of the organization to subordinates. Shall be responsible for the overall contract performance and shall not serve in any other capacity under this contract.
Minimum Experience:5 Years
Project Manager III
Responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical/financial solutions and schedules in the specific delivery orders are implemented in a timely manner. Organizes, directs and coordinates the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned delivery order projects. Demonstrates competent writing and oral communication skills. Ensures quality products and services are delivered.

Technical Analyst III
Assist in collecting and organizing information for preparation of user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports. Edit functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents.
Training Analyst III
Conducts the research necessary to develop and revise training courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs. Develops all instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids.) Develops all student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms). Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars, and/or computer based/computer aided training.

Contractors may deviate from the definitions above when responding to task order solicitations so long as the deviations are clearly identified in their task order proposal. For example, a Contractor might label an employee as “Senior”, but the employee does not have a MA/MS degree. Likewise, a Contractor might label an employee as “Junior” even though the employee has more than 3 years experience. Deviations shall be clearly identified in proposals submitted in response to task order solicitations.
