Grounds Maintenance

Minimum Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent (GED)

Minimum Experience: 1 Year

Requirements: Active driver’s license

Responsibilities:

• Continually assess the assigned property for debris/trash on the grounds

• Pick-up any trash on property roads, medians, around exterior of buildings

• Empty public trash cans on the property (including dog waste stations, if applicable)

• Monitor property dumpsters for overflow and large debris that needs to be picked up and properly disposed of

• Maintain safe practices and situational awareness

• Wear assigned uniform and high-visibility safety vest

General Laborer

Minimum Year Experience: 1 Year

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)

• Maintain safety at all times, utilizing required uniform and procedures

• Perform demolition as assigned

• Remove carpet/flooring/drywall

• Move/install appliances

• Relocate furniture

• Junk Removal

• Power Washing

• Snow Removal (Shoveling and salt distribution only; no snow plowing via truck)

• Gutter Cleaning

• Set-Up and Break Down of Events (sports arena, bleachers, concerts, etc)

Residential/Property Turn Technician
