Site Supervisor:
The site supervisor manages the entire project on-site from start to finish. They start by working directly with the project manager and the lead installer to ensure everything is correct before arriving on the job site. They are responsible for making sure all the materials are placed in the correct areas and delegating to the staff on the job site what they are responsible for. They work directly with the account executive and the end client on-site to ensure everything is installed correctly. They are also responsible for working with any local union staff and any other contractors. If there is an issue, the site supervisor is responsible for finding a solution to correct it. Once the project is completed, the site supervisor does a final walk-through with the end client for a final sign-off.
Site Survey Supervisor:
The site survey supervisor is responsible for visiting the site to take accurate measurements, review delivery locations, and confirm dates and times. They will also confirm what materials can and cannot be used depending on the venue. They will photograph the space and complete a deck with photos and measurements. Once the project goes into production, they will work with the site supervisor, project manager, technical designer, graphic designer, and installers to confirm everything is correct.
Project Manager:
The project manager oversees the complete production and fabrication of the project. Once the project begins, they meet with the account executive, site survey supervisor, graphic designer, and installers so everyone agrees on the entire process. They follow the entire project through the shop to ensure everything is produced correctly and all the right materials are ordered and used. They are also responsible for quality control. Once completed, they will review everything with the lead installer again. Once this is signed off, they pack everything for shipment or delivery.
Installation Crew:
The installation crew is responsible for installing all elements of the project. They work directly with the site survey supervisor, site supervisor, and project manager. They review the project before it is even started to ensure everything will be installed properly on site. They are required to use ladders, lifts, and construction tools and equipment.
Strike Crew:
The strike team is responsible for removing all the graphics when the event is over. They work directly with the site survey supervisor, site supervisor, and the project manager. They review the project before it is even started to ensure everything will be removed properly on-site in the required timeframe. They are required to use ladders, lifts, and construction tools and equipment.
Technical Designer:
The technical designer is responsible for creating detailed files for all the elements to be used in the project. They start by working directly with the site survey supervisor. This includes electrical and all measurements specced for production and fabrication. They review everything with the project manager and account executive and send it off to the client for approval. Once approved everything is sent to the graphic designer and the project manager for production.
Graphic Designer:
The graphic designer works directly with the client, the account executive, and the project manager. They create all the graphics for the project and ensure that they print the best quality on various materials.They send PDFs directly to the client for approval. Once the project is approved, they prepare the files for final production.
Service Contract Labor Standards: The Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS), formerly known as the Service Contract Act (SCA), is applicable to this contract as it applies to the entire Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) and all services provided. While no specific labor categories have been identified as being subject to SCLS/SCA due to exemptions for professional employees (FAR 22.1101, 22.1102 and 29 CRF 541.300), this contract still maintains the provisions and protections for SCLS/SCA eligible labor categories. If and / or when the contractor adds SCLS/SCA labor categories to the contract through the modification process, the contractor must inform the Contracting Officer and establish a SCLS/SCA matrix identifying the GSA labor category titles, the occupational code, SCLS/SCA labor category titles and the applicable WD number. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the contract.
