Job Title: Program Manager I Functional Responsibilities: Acts as the counterpart to the customer program/technical manager;
provides/technical support involving multiple tasks/projects; directs and/or supervises personnel, providing management support in the form of organization, directing and coordinating, planning and execution of all program/technical support activities; assigns duties and reviews work of subordinates, and establishes and alters management structure as necessary within the program to effectively direct program/technical support activities; meets and confers with customer representatives regarding the status of specific program/technical activities and progress; provides expertise in the field of resolution of problems, issues or conflicts as required; ensures that program schedule, cost, performance, and deliverables are met.

Job Title: Accounting Supervisor I Functional Responsibilities: May be responsible for reviewing invoices and statements verifying information, ensuring sufficient funds have been obligated, and if questionable, resolving with the submitting unit determining accounts involved. The review will include coding transactions, and processing material through data processing for application in the accounting system; analysis and reconciliation of computer printouts with operating unit reports (contacting units, researching causes of discrepancies, and acting to ensure that accounts balance). Supervisor provides suggestions for handling unusual or non-recurring transactions.

Job Title: Database Developer III Functional Responsibilities: For large or complex projects, designs and maintains IT database architectures, queries and routines; analyzes user requirements, translates into database requirements and implements in database code; develops sophisticated data analytic displays/ visualizations, dashboards and reports; performs systems analysis on databases, and assists in resolving performance, capacity and replication issues; leads design and code reviews; defines physical server environment custom applications; develops proofs of concepts; contributes to the development, implementation and enforcement of database development conventions, standards and best practices; may assume a team lead role; mentors other Database Developers.

Job Title: Drafter/CAD Operator II Functional Responsibilities: Prepares various drawings and computer models of such units as construction projects or parts and assemblies, including various views, sectional profiles, irregular or reverse curves, hidden lines, and small or intricate details. Work requires use of most of the conventional drafting and CAD techniques and a working knowledge of the terms and procedures of the occupation. Makes arithmetic computations using standard formulas. Simple revisions to existing drawings or computer models may be assigned with a verbal explanation of the desired results. More complex revisions are produced from sketches, computer models or specifications that clearly depict the desired product. Prepares several views of a system from a layout and manual references, and obtains dimensions and tolerances from manuals and by measuring the layout. Prepares and revises detail and design drawings for such projects as the construction and installation of electrical or electronic equipment, plant wiring, and the manufacture and assembly of printed circuit boards. Includes details of mountings, frames, guards, or other accessories; conduit layouts; or wiring diagrams indicating transformer sizes, conduit locations and mountings. Draws base and elevation views, sections, and details of structures, revises complete sets of roadway drawings, or preparing block maps, indicating water and sewage line locations.

Job Title: Electronics Technician, Maintenance II Functional Responsibilities: Performs electronics technical support work. Work involves designing, installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing electronics; and performing maintenance and calibrations on electronic instruments. Works under limited supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. The Electronics Technician job classification series is intended for employees that install, maintain, and repair electronic equipment. Electronic equipment may also include televisions; cameras and body worn cameras; transmitters; antennas; and communications, lighting, sound, video, security, navigation, or surveillance equipment and systems on vehicles, vessels, and aircraft.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma. General Equivalency Diploma (GED). Certification or Technical Training in Engineering, Telecommunications, Programming, IT, Business, Cabling, or Documentation.

Job Title: Electronics Technician, Maintenance III Functional Responsibilities: Applies advanced technical knowledge to solve complex problems that typically cannot be solved solely by referencing manufacturers' manuals or similar documents. Requires an understanding of the interrelationships of circuits, exercising independent judgment in performing such tasks as making circuit analyses, calculating wave forms, and tracing relationships in signal flow, using complex test instruments such as high frequency pulse generators, frequency synthesizers, distortion analyzers, and complex computer control equipment. May provide technical guidance to lower level technicians.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma. General Equivalency Diploma (GED). Certification or Technical Training in Engineering, Telecommunications, Programming, IT, Business, Cabling, or Documentation.
Minimum/General Experience: 4 years
Job Title: Information Security Engineer I Functional Responsibilities: Reviews, edits and implements IT security policies and procedures;
reviews design, configuration and implementation documentation to ensure compliance with security guidance; prepares and reviews systems’ change requests; compiles metrics and reports on systems’ operations and performance; analyzes event logs and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) rules creation for automated detection of incident, suspicious activity or policy violation;
responds to SIEM events; creates incident and other security related reports.

Job Title: IT Business Analyst I Functional Responsibilities: Assists with the design, implementation, operation, and performance of various IT and related business functions; evaluates and implements IT business solutions in a cost-effective method by identifying, documenting and determining the requirements and/or use cases of a program, project or task; assesses and validates activities to determine if solutions lead to fulfilled business requirements; develops project charters and plans of action and milestones; monitors process improvement efforts by gathering information, documenting processes, and providing input into cost benefit analysis.
