During project setup, the Project Manager prepares a project data checklist as a tool to ensure the collection and recording of all required data during the project life cycle.
Safety
IOEI and our partners are committed to program and project safety. To achieve safety excellence, our approach centers on a successful safety management system (SMS). To ensure success, IOEI requires active participation from management, employees, and subcontractor personnel in health and safety compliance and preventing accidents and injuries. Our SMS promotes a culture of safety by empowering management and employees to report unsafe behavior and rewarding safe practices. We apply safe practices to employees for self-performed work and subcontractors. Our current 2023 EMR rate is 0.88.
