Administrative Specialist Functional Responsibilities: The Administrative Specialist is responsible for maintaining files, records, and performing various office administrative duties. Receive and examine incoming requests, reports, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch. Maintain senior staff calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinating office logistics. Assist in briefing senior staff members on important matters before meetings and compose replies to non-policy correspondence. Review outgoing correspondence and materials for accuracy, formatting, and compliance with established procedures. Contributes to research efforts, obtains necessary information, and assists in the preparation of briefings, position papers, and statements. Schedules meetings, answers the phone, organizes calendars, prepares documents, and copies/scans required files.

Computer Scientist Senior Functional Responsibilities: The Computer Scientist is responsible for developing software systems that adhere to the organization's architecture standards. Contribute to the planning and execution of operational and sustainment activities, including CONOPS planning, ILS planning and support, and sustainment planning. With a strong knowledge of systems engineering methodologies, conduct requirements analysis, present engineering analyses for user approval, perform configuration management and software integration, interpret software test results, and provide solutions for engineering problem reports. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to evaluate and select optimal strategies for developing IT systems and applications. Modifies existing software and creates specialized applications to optimize system efficiency and integrity. Supervises programming assignments to ensure adherence to established procedures and delivery of high-quality outcomes. Conducts effective communication and documentation of modifications, as well as providing operational instructions.

TAR Senior Functional Responsibilities: The Target Analyst Reporter (TAR) Senior has an expert understanding of computer networking, time-triggered protocols (TTPs), and malware analysis/triage. Language Analyst Functional Responsibilities: Provide language analytic services encompassing the full spectrum of language analysis from the source language to grammatically correct English. Tasks may include translating, transcribing, summarizing, and analyzing data to identify trends, correlations, and connections. Conduct independent research to fill information gaps and enhance the understanding of the data. Offer expertise in rendering translations, developing products, and providing interpretation services (consecutive and simultaneous). The produced products will encompass a wide range of textual and multimedia formats, ensuring accurate translation, transcription, summarization, and data structuring for reports, database entry, web-based portal entry, analysis, alerts, summaries, and templated products. Engage in foreign media monitoring, capturing data from various sources such as text, databases, videos, voice recordings, and grey literature content. Apply regional knowledge, specialized dialects, and expertise in specific areas such as infrastructure, legal matters, military operations, nuclear proliferation, religion, counterterrorism, crime, popular culture, and other relevant domains to deliver language analytic services. Utilize commercially available translation tools like Native Language Processing, computer-assisted translation, and language services workflow products.
Additionally, provide cultural advice and deliver training based on linguistic expertise. Possess a Top Secret/ Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
Minimum Education: Associates Minimum Experience: 0 years
