COURSE DESCRIPTIONS
1. COURSE TITLE: IMPACT: 4x4 Rotational Mentorship Program
OVERVIEW: 4x4 Rotational Mentorship Program is a year-long formal mentorship framework that gives participants access to multiple mentors.

CLASS SIZE: 8 to 8 participants
SPECIFIC SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED: An innovative approach to mentor pairing, the 4x4 Rotational Mentorship Program is a year-long formal mentorship framework that gives participants access to multiple mentors. It is designed to establish a foundation from which a mentor-protege relationship may be further developed. Each mentor-protege cohort comprises 4 mentors and 4 proteges and each quarter the mentor-protege pairing will shift so that a participant will have been paired with 4 different people upon completion of the program.
2. COURSE TITLE: Change Leadership Skill Building Workshop
OVERVIEW: Change Leadership Skill Building teaches people how to Identify challenges that are human centered, observe users to build empathy, form unique user insights based on reservations and create learning-oriented experiments.

CLASS SIZE: 12-24 Participants
SPECIFIC SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED: Change Leadership Skill Building teaches people how to Identify challenges that are human centered, observe users to build empathy, form unique user insights based on reservations and create learning-oriented experiments. As a result, your people will develop an awareness of and support for design thinking as an approach to problem solving. Our one-day workshop will also provide the opportunity to practice the skills to tackle a design thinking project from start to finish and encourage individual commitment to personally practice design thinking techniques.
3. COURSE TITLE: Constellation – Organizational Network Analysis
OVERVIEW: Constellation analyzes and maps the complex network of relationships and communication patterns throughout your organization to uncover the source of people and culture challenges.
CLASS SIZE: 1-5,000 Participants
SPECIFIC SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED: Our strong experience designing and delivering leadership training programs he led us to develop an organizational network analysis (ONA) tool that can effectively assess the culture and climate of an organization and determine the effectiveness of culture-focused initiatives. Our web-based survey tool, branded Constellation, has been used in both commercial and government applications. Constellation analyzes and maps the complex network of relationships and communication patterns throughout your organization to uncover the source of people and culture challenges. S2A is able to add customized questions which can test a variety of organizational conditions and issues. The assessment results are analyzed by our expert staff to produce specific action plans for remediation. Constellation pairs the power of network analysis with human-centered design solutions to harness the connections and relationships that drive activity and influence throughout an organization. Constellation maps the inner workings of these shadow networks and identifies culturally responsive solutions to strengthen internal and external structures.
Constellation will be one of the most potent decision-making tools in a leader’s toolkit, helping them to make better decisions for specific teams as well as the entire organization.
Whether utilized to address challenges or advance opportunities, S2A’s proprietary, human centered network mapping and program design translates an organization’s strategic goals into action.
4. COURSE TITLE: Critical Thinking Workshop
OVERVIEW: S2A’s Critical Thinking Workshops are delivered in four, half-day modules that allow for flexible scheduling dependent on the needs of the participants and organization.
The learning modules will be delivered in person or virtually using a web-based video service, interactive tools and a collaborative information platform.

CLASS SIZE: 12 – 20 Participants
SPECIFIC SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED: S2A incorporates several learning strategies within course instruction, with active and collaborative learning playing the largest roles.
S2A will include individual and team exercises that are specifically chosen to enable learners to integrate course concepts into their behaviors and work practices. Examples include collaborative learning with group discussions, reflective learning with prompted essay journaling, and active learning activities. Active learning practices and collaborative learning within a group, capitalizing on learners’ experiences, guarantee that the material will be relevant to all learners. As part of the preparation for the workshop, participants will be provided with copies of Thinking, Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahneman to use as a foundation for group activities and discussion of critical thinking concepts.
The digital tools used in the delivery allow S2A to include a collaborative information platform that is customized for the participant group and an interactive audience polling tool to capture participant responses during the workshop. In addition to creating a collaborative environment for participant breakout sessions during the workshop, S2A will provide copies of all training materials and the workshop agenda to all participants.
5. COURSE TITLE: Design Thinking Skill Building Workshop
OVERVIEW: Design Thinking Skill Building is one day, expertly guided workshop that teaches both the “what to do” and “how to be” of successful change.

CLASS SIZE: 12 – 24 Participants
SPECIFIC SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED: Design Thinking Skill Building is one day, expertly guided workshop that teaches both the “what to do” and “how to be” of successful change. Backed by more than 20 years of research, industry insights and results, it combines proven change management theory with hands-on practice in an engaging, low-risk simulation experience.
6. COURSE TITLE: Lessons in Management for New Managers and Emerging Leaders
OVERVIEW: Lessons In Management is a program that is 100% relevant to the challenges faced by the front-line manager and emerging leader. Through an iterative, multi-session approach, we provide a mix of delivery methods that include active-learning opportunities such as case studies, simulation and interactive learning.
CLASS SIZE: 12 – 22 Participants
SPECIFIC SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED: Our modular program focuses on active learning opportunities that are embedded throughout the program to ensure the best possible learning experience and knowledge retention. The workshop itself will consist of 8 modules delivered over 2 days. During the design stage, we work with organizational leaders to conduct interviews and gather information related to the participant’s on-the-job context and experiences. These insights and observations help to inform detailed design and focused development efforts to drive customized content. This workshop consists of the following modules:
• Strategy in Daily Work: Introducing participants to the “Big Picture” to help them make important connections between the organization’s strategy and the individual’s daily work efforts.
• Self-Awareness: Enhancing self-awareness by exploring the importance of, and developing, the leader’s vision, voice, and values.
• Political Savvy: Understanding how to navigate office politics and effectively communicate through a variety of informal channels.
• Weapons of Influence: Learning to ethically apply the various weapons of influence to achieve positive outcomes for the team and organization.
• Owning Your Role: Building higher levels of accountability, ownership, and results-oriented behavior individually and collectively. Understanding the difference between effort and results, establishing clear priorities for self and others, and diligently seeing the task through to completion.
• Effective Decision Making: Uncovering the key assumptions embedded in management decisions and applying the critical thinking skills necessary to improve decision outcomes.
