Video and film production services include writing, directing, shooting, arranging for talent / animation, graphics, narration, music and sound effects, duplication, distribution, video scoring; and editing.

Videotape and film production services will be provided to inform the public and Government agencies about the latest products, services, and/or issues in various outputs such as: industry standard formats, accessibility and video streaming development. Filming in studios, on location, live shows or events may also be required. Examples of services include, but are not limited to:

Uses industry leading technology to develop illustrative motion graphics used to enhance visual storytelling and the communication of complex ideas. This position is required to have a high level of mastery in a multitude of industry programming and software.

Responsibilities include talent search, auditions, casting, booking and negotiating all the professional on-camera talent for the various video and commercial productions. The casting director handles all booking details with the agency or actor prior to them arriving on set for shooting (i.e., wardrobe, directions, etc.).

Director/ Technical Director

Responsibilities include overseeing the overall creative objective and mission of the video production. The Director develops the creative vision for the shoot, decides how it should look and feel, and establishes the tone the video should have. The Director is also responsible for actors, art direction, and works with the Director of

Photography on camera positions, lighting, and set design.

Bachelors 10 Years

Field Audio Engineer

Responsibilities include the sound recording and mixing for each production. Audio Technicians are equipped with the appropriate mixers, microphones, stands and cables for each camera.

Bachelors 5 Years

Field Camera Operator

Requires years of experience operating as a camera operator in the field. Sets up all cameras, including the framing and positioning of props, people, and cameras. Works closely with Lighting Director and Set Designer for indoor and studio shoots.

Bachelors 5 Years

Floor Director

Requires years of experience directing multi-camera shoots in the studio. Works closely with the Creative Director, Director/Technical Director, and Producers and oversees the visual, audio, and set direction of studio projects to ensure success.

Sets the filming expectations for the production of media projects created for broadcast TV or Web. Coordinates, supervises, and controls all aspects of a studio production from the floor, including directing on-camera talent, makeup, and key crew personnel. Sees the studio project through to the end of filming. Must have exceptional communication skills.

Grip

Responsibilities include assisting the gaffer with all the electrical equipment on the production. The Grip handles all the lights, stands, flags, rigging, cables and operation of dolly and is responsible for setting stands, flags, dolly track, silks and making sure that all equipment is safely secured.

Lighting Director With years of experience, the Lighting Director manages all the lighting, flags, silks, bounces, and reflectors on the sets and works closely with the Set Designer and Director.

Voiceover Artists record audio for a production, typically as a narration or character. A voice artists' performance plays an important role in establishing the speed, feel, and tone for a production.

Motion Graphics Artist**

Has a minimum 5 years of production experience and a bachelor’s degree. Have years of experience working with Adobe Premier, Final Cut Pro, Motion, Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya 3D or other industry software. Works closely with the creative director, editor, director, production manager, graphic designer, animator and other production crew. Motion Graphics Artist, creates visual artwork for the web, television, or film. They are familiar with many visual, animation, and other cinematic techniques or tools to bring life to the customer's vision.

Has 10 years of education and experience, managing the creative direction and conceptual design of video projects to ensure success. Sets expectations for the production of media projects created for broadcast TV or Web. Initiates, coordinates, supervises, and controls all aspects of a production, including budgeting and hiring key crew personnel. Manages the project from development to completion. Must have exceptional communication skills.

Minimum Experience

Manager/ Coordinator extensive knowledge of equipment and process, and has bachelor’s degree. Works closely with director, producer, and other production crew. Ensures all timely provision of necessary equipment and materials. Ensures that staff and crews are in place as required. Performs small but important administrative tasks in the office, around the set, and on location. Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, strong ability to multi-task and have excellent customer service and communication skills.

Scriptwriter

Has 10 years of experience as a script writer for multiple industries. Works in close engagement with production manager, producer, director and subject matter experts. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Responsibilities include research, writing and providing a final script for production. The scriptwriter meets with the producer to assess their needs, researches the subject matter and review of printed material, provides a treatment, interview questions, rough drafts, and final script. The scriptwriter works to create a script that accomplishes predetermined learning and communications objectives while maintaining audience interest. Depending on the format of the production, the script may take the form of a panel discussion between subject matter experts; a news magazine story;

a documentary, or a training or instructional production.

Has 10 years of experience building, lighting, texturing, manipulating and overall masterly of working with 3-D models in Blender, Cinema4D, Motion, Maya 3D and others. Works closely with the editor, director, production manager, graphic designer, animator and other crew members. Animation Designers are experts in the art of making images appear to come to life on screen. Animation Designers use a range of software, tools, and techniques to create various styles of moving images. The time investment and creative requirements will vary in proportion to the complexity of the customer's vision for the animation.

Location Scout responsibilities include finding, securing and permitting locations that are desirable for the particular production. The location scout handles driving directions, location fees and parking and any other details that would impact the production at this particular location.
