Logistics Support Analyst
Functional Responsibilities: Provides acquisition logistic support including sustainability, reliability, maintainability, and availability of the system's components. Provides support to the logistics function preparing logistics documentation to establish the range and depth of spares, tools, test equipment and related manuals to be deployed and stocked. Works on logistics and maintainability programs on issues such as technical evaluation and identification of systems logistics requirements and resources. Functional Responsibilities: Manages multiple distribution functions including supply chain, logistics planning, distribution center operations, and traffic. Ensures sourcing efforts meet business goals and objectives. Manages and supports implementation of strategic initiatives.
Manages activities related to global sourcing, supplier selection, product delivery specifications, and quality. Ensures the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at minimum acceptable levels. Quality Control Manager
Functional Responsibilities: Responsible for the effective management and/or day-to-day supervision of QA engineering and/or inspection. Maintains quality assurance programs, procedures, and controls ensuring that performance and quality of products conform to established company standards necessary to maintain lasting client satisfaction. Works directly with manufacturing to conduct continuing inspections and audits and to enforce requirements as specified by raw materials, ingredients, product and package specifications, and regulatory agencies. Executes inspections prior to the processing of raw materials and/or ingredients;
monitors good housekeeping practices, employee hygiene, and equipment sanitation; analyzes plant error, salvage, and spoilage reports for significant findings and conclusions; Works with research and development during new product start-ups and establishes key checkpoints for new products and processes. Coordinates inspecting and testing products, applying knowledge of quality assurance standards and procedures: Reviews quality assurance instructions, specifications, and schedules to determine method of conducting inspections and tests, sequence of operations, and work assignments. Directs inspection and testing, to assure that establishment and regulatory standards are met. Assigns training and reviews reports and confers with personnel to solve work-related problems.
Warehouse Specialist
Functional Responsibilities: Conduct the full range of storage and Care of Supplies in Storage (COSIS) activities normally performed in warehouses and outside storage facilities. The labor categories normally associated with this type work include (but are not limited to): Forklift Operators, Material Coordinators, Material Handling Laborers, Shipping Packers, Shipping/Receiving Clerks, Stock Control Clerks, Supply Technicians, and Woodworkers. These individuals load, unload, receive, store, maintain and repair, inventory, assemble, move, relocate and issue equipment, materials, supplies; and/or tools, and compile stock records for items in inside or outside storage areas or yards, and stocks on order. They count, sort, or weigh, and document both incoming and outgoing articles to verify receipt or shipment of items on requisition or invoice, and examine stock to verify conformance to specifications. These specialists store, maintain, conduct periodic or special stock inventories, requisition articles to fill incoming orders, and compile reports on use of stock handling equipment, adjust inventory counts and stock records based on spoilage of, or damage to stock, location changes, and refusal of shipments. These specialists also find and distribute stock among production workers and keep records of materials issued or removed.

Conducts research in talent management to improve the organization's business operations. Provides business architecture and systems processing guidance. Ensures the efficiency, security, and support of the organization's goals. Creates methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management, and change control. Determines and implements build versus buy strategies, mentors personnel, and reviews the overall business strategy.
IT Security Engineer - Senior
Functional Responsibilities: Identifies and assesses risks in implementing business innovations.
Provides assessment of those risks to business stakeholders. Supports continuous monitoring activities, vulnerability scans, policy and procedure updates, configuration/incident management, and training. Coordinates response to security audit requests within the organization and with strategic partners to ensure identified mitigation activities are implemented within committed timeframes. Creates a risk-based process for the assessment and mitigation of information security risks. Facilitates and supports the development of asset inventories, including information assets in cloud services and other parties included in the organization's technology environment. Leads incident response teams, conducts penetration tests, and recommends improvements based on findings. Functional Responsibilities: Deploys and operationalizes complex enterprise-wide or large-scale health technology information architectures, including computer hardware and software, operating systems, middleware, communications hardware and software, and security components. Deploys standards for technology systems architectures as they apply to the implementation and specification of complex information management solutions. Identifies necessary interfaces between enterprise solution applications and legacy IT environments.
Assists the Senior Security Engineer in performing business case analyses and identification of alternative solutions and resulting business impacts.
IT Systems and Integration Analyst
Functional Responsibilities: Works with the security team and information technology to interconnect IoT vulnerability management technology systems with operational and security systems. Implements, maintains, updates, migrates, and troubleshoots integration between technology systems. Conducts technology system troubleshooting and/or review of databases, servers, desktops, laptops, peripheral devices, and networks to address issues and provide solutions. Designs integration solutions to streamline processes and ensure data integrity across systems. IT Systems Architect - Junior
Functional Responsibilities: Applies knowledge of computer concepts and techniques within IT environments to develop and implement automated solutions to engineering, scientific, or business data acquisition and management problems. Develops alternative approaches to design, test, and evaluation techniques for solving automation problems.
