*Ordering activities may request a price reduction at any time before placing an order, establishing a BPA, or in conjunction with the annual BPA review. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
SIN 624SS – Social Services, Professional Counseling and Veterans' Readjustment and Behavioral Health Services Contractor provides comprehensive employee assistance and related social and behavioral health counseling and readjustment services including, but not limited to, traditional EAP, vocational and psychosocial rehabilitation, physical/occupational/educational therapy and outpatient recovery; personal and family support, wellness coaching, psychotherapy, including homeless counseling and placement services, emergency response and social advocacy services, educational and public health program administration, service registries (employment, daycare, etc); legal, benefit/compensation consultation in the areas of individual and family personal and financial enhancement. Provides Telemental Health counseling services which augments treatment and improves patient access using Telehealth channels. Provides licensed and credentialed personnel who provide case management behavioral health support leading to improved patient centered outcomes in the evaluation, assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of identified patient population individuals (i.e., multi-tour war theater veterans; disaster victims; incarcerated individuals delivered either in-the-home, in community based facilities or in correctional facilities), telephonically, via remote video and/or via telehealth, web-based and/or social media channels - in areas including but not limited to, substance abuse disorder (SUD), suicide prevention, depression, military sexual trauma (MST), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and/or Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and/or Polytrauma. Services may be all inclusive, separate, short and/or long term, bundled or unbundled.
SIN 541614 – Deployment, Distribution and Transportation Logistics Services Services include the following: Deployment Logistics such as contingency planning, identifying/utilizing regional or global resources, integrating public/private sector resources, inventory/property planning, movement, storage, end-to-end industrial relocation/expansion services, and deploying communications and logistics systems to permit rapid deployment and management of supplies and equipment; Distribution and Transportation Logistics Services such as Planning and designing, implementing, or operating systems or facilities for the movement of supplies, equipment or people by road, air, water, rail, or pipeline.
SIN 561612 – Protective Service Occupations Includes protective service occupations to support on-site security operations, such as security guards, alarm monitors, baggage inspectors, corrections, and court security officers, etc.
SIN 541990 – All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services (Non-IT) Services provided include professional, scientific, and technical services not covered under other SINs. Examples include, but are not limited to, the following: appraisal services (except real estate); crisis management; emergency preparedness; emergency management; commodity inspector services; mathematical (both theoretical and applied) and statistical (both theoretical and applied) professional services; performance and impact evaluation services (related to a scientific or technical project); public health planning services; and weather forecasting services.
SIN 541611 – Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services Provide operating advice and assistance on administrative and management issues. Examples include: strategic and organizational planning, business process improvement, acquisition and grants management support, facilitation, surveys, assessment and improvement of financial management systems, financial reporting and analysis, due diligence in validating an agency's portfolio of assets and related support services, strategic financial planning, financial policy formulation and development, special cost studies, actuarial services, economic and regulatory analysis, benchmarking and program metrics, and business program and project management. Inherently Governmental services as identified in FAR 7.503 or by the ordering agency are prohibited. It is the responsibility of the Contracting Officer placing the order to make this determination. Ordering activities must require prospective contractors to identify potential conflicts of interest and address those, prior to task order award.
Personal services as defined in FAR 37.104 are prohibited.
SIN 541690 – Technical Consulting Services Services include providing advice and assistance on technical domains and issues (except those covered by the environmental, energy, and IT consulting SINs on this Schedule). Typical associated tasks include, but are not limited to: strategic planning, feasibility analysis, requirements determination, policy interpretation and support, process analysis and/or development, research studies, testing (other than laboratory testing), program analysis, and associated support tasks.
SIN 561110 – Office Administrative Services Includes a range of turnkey day-to-day office administrative support services, such as clerical/ secretarial functions, data entry, payroll administration, recordkeeping, travel preparation, scheduling, notetaking, meeting management, drafting memos/notes/letters, purchasing/requisitioning supplies, and logistics.
SIN OLM Order-Level Materials OLMs are supplies and/or services acquired in direct support of an individual task or delivery order placed against a Schedule contract or BPA. OLM pricing is not established at the Schedule contract or BPA level, but at the order level. Since OLMs are identified and acquired at the order level, the ordering contracting officer (OCO) is responsible for making a fair and reasonable price determination for all OLMs. SUBJECT TO COOPERATIVE PURCHASING.
OLMs are procured under a special ordering procedure that simplifies the process for acquiring supplies and services necessary to support individual task or delivery orders placed against a Schedule contract or BPA. Using this new procedure, ancillary supplies and services not known at the time of the Schedule award may be included and priced at the order level.
EDUCATION SUBSTITUTIONS, ALL LABOR CATEGORY LEVELS
Substitution Guidelines: Consistent with Deployed Services, LLC’s hiring practices, some positions may allow for experience to be substituted for education and education for experience.
The table below provides Deployed Services, LLC’s education/experience substitution guidelines. Experience, education, and description of duties for the service categories in the schedule are provided as a guideline to the typical background for staff to be provided under individual task orders. Education and experience may be substituted for each other. In addition, certifications, professional licenses, and vocational technical training may be substituted for experience or education with the written approval of the ordering activity.
Deployed Services, LLC will review each task order opportunity to determine the best candidate available.

Staff must meet the minimum qualifications of the labor categories as defined or qualify via the experience equivalence outlined above. Deployed Services, LLC may, at our discretion, map staff that exceed the minimum associated with each labor category. Labor category qualifications set the minimum requirement necessary to qualify to perform services. The labor category qualifications do not set an education or experience ceiling.
Further, both parties recognize that, on occasion, there may be a need to waive the requirements in order to use the best individual for the task. Therefore, waivers to the education/experience requirements may be granted by either the task order contracting officer or contracting officer technical representative. If such a waiver is included in our proposal, award of said proposal shall be deemed a grant of the waiver.
LABOR CATEGORY DESCRIPTIONS
Case Manager** General Experience and Functional Responsibility: This position provides case management and counseling services to patients and their families while assisting the patient’s social adjustment. Duties include but are not limited to analyzing information and appraising the interest of patients while promoting positive community relations and acting as unit managers in their absence. Safety precautions are taken with patients as needed.
Minimum Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience within the scope of the contract.
Case Manager Lead General Experience and Functional Responsibility: The Case Manager Lead is responsible for supervising a team of Case Managers, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures while facilitating the safe and timely release of clients. Key duties include offering guidance and support, especially in managing complex cases, and proactively addressing delays to expedite the release process.
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is pivotal for ensuring the secure discharge and reunification of children with vetted sponsors. The position also entails maintaining consistent communication within the department, monitoring staff productivity, and leading initiatives in team building, coaching, training, and performance evaluation.
Minimum Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience within the scope of the contract.
Case Manager Supervisor General Experience and Functional Responsibility: The Case Manager Supervisor is responsible for quality control, workflow efficiency, and policy compliance across the case management team. This role ensures that case processing meets organizational standards by providing direction, delegating tasks, setting expectations, and monitoring performance. The Case Manager Supervisor plays a key role in coaching and training both the Case Manager Lead and Case Managers, resolving conflicts, and enforcing accountability to maintain a high level of service and operational effectiveness.
Minimum Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience within the scope of the contract.
General Maintenance Worker** General Experience and Functional Responsibility: The General Maintenance Worker performs general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge (but not proficiency) in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work. Work involves a variety of the following duties: replacing electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors, using plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings, repairing or replacing sinks, water coolers, and toilets painting structures and equipment; repairing or replacing concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks, replacing damaged paneling and floor tiles, hanging doors and installing door locks, replacing broken window panes, and performing general maintenance on equipment and machinery.
Minimum Education and Experience: High School Diploma or High School Equivalent / GED and a minimum of 1 year of experience within the scope of the contract.
Forklift Operator** General Experience and Functional Responsibility: The Forklift Operator operates a manually controlled gasoline, electric or liquid propane gas powered forklift to transport goods and materials of all kinds within a warehouse, manufacturing plant, or other establishment.
Minimum Education and Experience: High School Diploma or High School Equivalent / GED, OSHA Forklift Certification and a minimum of 1 year of experience within the scope of the contract.
Laborer** General Experience and Functional Responsibility: The Laborer performs tasks that require mainly physical abilities and effort involving little or no specialized skill or prior work experience. The following tasks are typical of this occupation: The Laborer loads and unloads, moves supplies and materials to proper location, performs simple maintenance tasks, cleans, organizes, and other tasks as needed.
Minimum Education and Experience: High School Diploma or High School Equivalent / GED and a minimum of 0 years of experience within the scope of the contract.
Housekeeping Aide** General Experience and Functional Responsibility: The Housekeeping Aide performs special cleaning projects as well as daily cleaning duties in accordance with standard procedures of the housekeeping department and with hospital objectives. An employee uses cleaning equipment, including automatic floor machines, commercial vacuums, wet mops, large wringers and other necessary equipment, tools, chemicals, and supplies. The Housekeeping Aide will dry and wet mop floors, scrub and buff floors with rotor and other machines, vacuum carpets to clean and control bacteria, transport trash from utility rooms and other collection points to incinerator, compactor, or pick-up area, perform special cleaning of induction units, walls, lighting fixtures, and windows, both inside and outside, move furniture and set up meeting rooms. This Aide collects soiled linen, assists in cleaning emergency spills that are observed or as requested, maintains assigned equipment for cleanliness and requests repairs when needed, reports need for repairs to equipment, furniture, building and fixtures.
Minimum Education and Experience: High School Diploma or High School Equivalent / GED and a minimum of 0 years of experience within the scope of the contract.
Stock Clerk** General Experience and Functional Responsibility: The Stock Clerk receives, stores, and issues equipment, materials, supplies, merchandise, foodstuffs, or tools, and compiles stock records of items in stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard. This worker sorts or weighs incoming articles to verify receipt of items on requisition or invoice, examines stock to verify conformance to specifications, stores articles in bins, on floor or on shelves, according to identifying information, such as style, size or type of material, fills orders or issues supplies from stock, prepares periodic, special or perpetual inventory of stock, and requisitions articles to fill incoming orders.
This worker also compiles reports on use of stock handling equipment, adjustments of inventory counts and stock records, spoilage of or damage to stock, location changes, and refusal of shipments, may mark identifying codes, figures, or letters on articles, may distribute stock among production workers, keeping records of material issued, may make adjustments or repairs to articles carried in stock, and may cut stock to site to fill order.
Minimum Education and Experience: High School Diploma or High School Equivalent / GED and a minimum of 0 years of experience within the scope of the contract.
Inventory Specialist General Experience and Functional Responsibility: The Inventory Specialist will engage in strategic sourcing and assist in optimizing operational support in accordance with direction from the Inventory Manager. The Inventory Specialist is responsible for reviewing and maintaining shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other records to determine shipping priorities, work assignments and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules. Must become a capable, hands-on operative capable of immediate action and prioritizing multiple projects.
Minimum Education and Experience: Associates Degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience within the scope of the contract.
Inventory Manager General Experience and Functional Responsibility: The Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management which include planning, coordinating, and managing the movement of goods and materials throughout our supply chain.
This role directs a team to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and timely, by providing direction and support, delegating tasks, setting expectations, monitoring performance, resolving conflicts, promoting accountability, and ensuring policy compliance. The Inventory Manager reviews shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other records to determine shipping priorities, work assignments and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules.
Minimum Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience within the scope of the contract.
Guard 1 / Unarmed** General Experience and Functional Responsibility: This guard carries out detailed instructions and procedures primarily oriented to ensure that emergencies and security violations are readily discovered and reported to appropriate authority. The primary duty is to observe and report security and emergency situations. This guard intervenes directly only in situations which require minimal action to safeguard property or persons. Duties require minimal training and physical fitness standards.
Minimum Education and Experience: High School Diploma or High School Equivalent / GED and a minimum of 0 years of experience within the scope of the contract.
Guard 2 / Unarmed** General Experience and Functional Responsibility: The Guard II supervises Guard I. They enforce regulations and procedures, exercise judgment and use discretion in responding to incidents and emergencies, determining whether to intervene directly, ask for assistance as time permits, keep situation under control or surveillance, or to report incident or situation to the appropriate authority for handling.
Minimum Education and Experience: High School Diploma or High School Equivalent / GED and a minimum of 1 year of experience within the scope of the contract.
Secretary** General Experience and Functional Responsibility: This position provides principal secretarial support in an office. The Secretary maintains a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the supervisor and staff, works fairly independently receiving a minimum of detailed supervision and guidance, and performs various clerical and secretarial duties requiring knowledge of office routine and an understanding of the organization, programs, and procedures related to the work of the office. Computers may exist in the environment, requiring working knowledge of certain office software programs.
Minimum Education and Experience: High School Diploma or High School Equivalent / GED and a minimum of 1 year of experience within the scope of the contract.
Administrative Assistant** General Experience and Functional Responsibility: The Administrative Assistant performs administrative/technical support as directed, with continual supervision, in support of a variety of financial, logistics, acquisition, program, project, and business management goals and objectives. Monitors projects and finances for members of an assigned functional unit. Performs professional level tasks both formal and informal requiring independent judgment, initiative, and tact; determines method of collection and analysis for assigned projects; and prepares complex briefings. Coordinates administrative work within the secretarial and clerical support group.
Minimum Education and Experience: High School Diploma or High School Equivalent / GED and a minimum of 2 years of experience within the scope of the contract.
Medical Record Clerk** General Experience and Functional Responsibility: The Medical Record Clerk compiles, verifies, and files medical records of staff and compiles statistics for use in reports. Reviews contents of patients' medical record folders, assembles into standard order, and files according to established procedure.
Minimum Education and Experience: High School Diploma or High School Equivalent / GED and a minimum of 0 years of experience within the scope of the contract.
Records Clerk** General Experience and Functional Responsibility: This position follows clearly detailed specific procedures in completing several repetitive clerical steps performed in a prescribed or slightly varied sequence, such as coding and filing documents in an extensive alphabetical file; could involve simple posting to individual accounts, opening mail, calculating and posting charges to departmental accounts, operating basic office equipment, e.g., photocopier, facsimile, multi-line phone/voicemail systems, mailing machines, and minimal computer programs. Little or no subject-matter knowledge is required, but the clerk uses his or her own judgment in choosing the proper procedure for each task.
Minimum Education and Experience: High School Diploma or High School Equivalent / GED and a minimum of 1 year of experience within the scope of the contract.
Records Management Supervisor** General Experience and Functional Responsibility: The Records Management Supervisor is responsible and accountable for the execution and administration of the Records Management program. The Records Management Supervisor submits, manages, and track documents efficiently in a database. They address and fulfill requests for documents or assistance, manage the preparation of expired records for destruction. They play an active role in populating and maintaining databases, performing database queries, and ensuring data accuracy and conduct thorough quality control checks of box contents. The Records Management Supervisor, as directed by the Program Manager, will ensure the effective delivery of the Records Management requirements as outlined by the government.
Minimum Education and Experience: High School Diploma or High School Equivalent / GED and a minimum of 1 year of experience within the scope of the contract.
Warehouse Specialist** General Experience and Functional Responsibility: As directed, the Warehouse Specialist performs a variety of warehousing duties that require an understanding of the establishment's storage plan. Work involves most of the following: verifying materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents, noting, and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages, routing materials to prescribed storage locations; storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods, rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials, examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage, removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment. This worker may operate hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties
Minimum Education and Experience: High School Diploma or High School Equivalent / GED and a minimum of 1 year of experience within the scope of the contract.
Truckdriver, Light** General Experience and Functional Responsibility: Straight truck driver, drives trucks less than 1 1/2 tons, usually 4 wheels.
Minimum Education and Experience: High School Diploma or High School Equivalent / GED and a minimum of 0 years of experience within the scope of the contract.
Truck Driver - CDL** General Experience and Functional Responsibility: CDL drivers transport goods between locations using tractor trailers and heavy trucks. They often travel extensive distances to deliver their loads and must adhere to traffic and safety regulations.

Deputy Field Site Manager General Experience and Functional Responsibility: The Deputy Field Site Manager is responsible for assisting the Field Site Manager in overseeing daily operations. Supports interdepartmental communication and acts as liaison between department leads and Field Site Manager. Monitors operational checklists and compliance requirements to ensure readiness for audits, inspections, and drills. Assists in the implementation of corrective actions and quality improvement plans. Assumes secondary but active role alongside Field Site Manager in site emergency response. Provides direct supervision to key team leads and shift supervisors. Steps into the Field Site Manager role during periods of absence or high operational tempo.
