Agency Summary Solstice is a full service, privately held WBENC and WOSB agency based in Far Hills, NJ.

Solstice brings deep experience launching and managing major global brands in competitive, specialty markets.

We break the boundaries of traditional advertising because we are not hindered with holding company ownership or by typical big agency processes that slow things down, break the budget, and take your brand off strategy. Instead, we offer talent shaped at big agencies, but with a shared vision to do things unconventionally.

The philosophy at the heart of our work is that “messaging” is not nearly enough and that customers of all kinds—HCPs as well as patients/families—must be engaged with our brand to drive behavioral change.

All our work is founded in strategic insight and translation. Solstice takes pride in leading the strategic “brand building” process for our clients, from customer insights to positioning, CSFs, strategic foundation and all aspects of commercial planning.

The Service Contract Labor Standards, formerly the Service Contract Act (SCA), is applicable to this contract as it applies to the entire Multiple Award Schedule and all services provided. If and/or when the contractor adds SCLS labor categories/employees to the contract through the modification process, the contractor must inform the Contracting Officer and establish a SCLS matrix identifying the GSA labor category titles, the occupational code, SCLS labor category titles and the applicable WD number.
