Assistant Vice President The Assistance Vice President oversees and assists the Senior Project Manager in applying physical laws and principles of engineering in the design, development, and utilization of machines, materials, instruments, processes, and systems. Services may involve any of the following activities: provision of advice, concept development, requirements analysis, preparation of feasibility studies, preparation of preliminary and final plans and designs, provision of technical services during the construction or installation phase, inspection and evaluation of engineering projects, and related services.

Designs will be performed under the responsible charge of a professional engineer/scientist/architect. Design responsibility will be delegated from professional engineer/scientist/architect to CADD group and will vary depending on designer's experience and type of project (e.g. mechanical, structural, electrical, instrumentation).;

Senior Project Manager The primary function of the Senior Project Manager is to produce technically correct projects, on or under budget, and on or ahead of schedule - resulting in a satisfied client and a profit for the Company. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for coordinating the project team assigned to the project over which he/she is in charge.
This position will manage several medium to large-sized projects. For projects that are managed by others, a secondary function is to serve in a project engineering or science role.
Senior Project Manager applies physical laws and principles of engineering in the design, development, and utilization of machines, materials, instruments, processes, and systems. Services may involve any of the following activities: provision of advice, concept development, requirements analysis, preparation of feasibility studies, preparation of preliminary and final plans and designs, provision of technical services during the construction or installation phase, inspection and evaluation of engineering projects, and related services.
