Individual provides support to consulting teams which can include administrative support (meeting scheduling, conference logistics), consulting records support (publishing, retention, and organization), communications support and related project team support.
Program Analyst
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities:
Prepares and conducts analyses and studies, needs assessments, and requirements analysis to align systems and solutions; applies analytical methodologies and principles to meet client needs; prepares forecasts and analyzes trends, develops and analyzes metrics, and prepares reports and recommendations related to management, organizational structure, policies/procedures and systems; areas of focus include but are not limited to business performance, project analysis, internal control, risk assessment, and support of project objectives.
Associate
Minimum Years’ Experience: 3 years
Responsibilities:
Apply an organization-wide set of disciplines for the planning, analysis, design, and construction of information systems on an enterprise-wide basis or across, a major sector of the enterprise. Associates perform data collection from multiple sources to include the web, client databases, and other resources. Utilize analytical tools and methodology to perform data analysis in support of the development of analytical products. Associates may be experts in programmatic, sectoral, topical, regional, or community assessments and evaluations. Program Manager
Minimum Years’ Experience: 14 years
Serves as the contract manager and administrator over the entire contract effort. Acts as the primary interface and point of contact with Government project authorities and representatives on technical and contract administration issues. Supervises project operations by developing management procedures, planning, and directing project execution, monitoring, and reporting progress. Manages and controls financial and administrative aspects of the project with respect to contract requirements, enforces work standards, and assigns schedules
IT Tester
Minimum Years’ Experience: 5 years
Responsibilities:
Strong knowledge of computer software and a keen eye for detail are the key to this role. Testers will utilize a combination of published visual design guides, written requirements, and industry standard knowledge to test against developing software and report both defects and IT product enhancement recommendations. Testers will balance multiple projects simultaneously while working within the confines of allotted testing time. Communication is a key part to this role as testers will work directly with IT Tech developers, project managers, and other QA team members
Systems Integration I
Minimum Years’ Experience: 5 years
Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining integrity of systems-of-systems by defining requirements architecture (consistent with the Enterprise Architecture (EA) and interfaces. Receives tasking from senior Systems Integrators in relation to testing, documenting, and maintaining solutions to total systems or subsystems using internally created and/or commercial off-the-shelf products. Technical understanding of relationships, dependencies and requirements of hardware and software components. Receives direction from senior team members and ensures problem solution, appropriate risk reduction, and user satisfaction. Makes recommendations, if needed, on test and evaluation strategies for major systems’ installations. Analyses, designs, tests, and evaluates network systems such as satellite networks, local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), the Internet, intranets, and other data communications systems ranging from a connection between two offices in the same building to globally distributed networks, voice mail, and e-mail systems of a multinational organization. Maintains network hardware and software. Monitors network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability. Ensures that adequate and appropriate planning is provided for hardware and communications for facilities. Prepares engineering plans and site installation technical design packages. Provides coordination in the analysis, acquisition and installation of hardware and software. Assesses and documents current site network configuration and user requirements
SharePoint Developer
Minimum Years’ Experience: 5 years
Responsibilities:
A SharePoint Developer designs, develops, and deploys SharePoint applications.

Project Manager
Minimum Years’ Experience: 3 years
Oversee all aspects of the project, leading a team on projects or significant segments of large and complex projects. Analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions that normally involve the schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management of the project.
Consider alternatives and develop recommendations. Identify, communicate, and resolve risks. Identify and resolve issues to eliminate or mitigate the occurrence of consequences that may impact the success of the project.
Public Health Analyst
Minimum Years’ Experience: 5 years
Responsibilities:
Design, oversee, and conduct analyses using large population-based survey datasets supporting public health sector. Participate in meetings with senior leadership to address questions related to data. Facilitate trainings to stakeholders - training facilitation includes developing and delivering presentations, moderating working groups, and providing technical assistance during and following the training sessions.
Record processes for data collection, identify challenges and issues with data reporting, and provide strategies to the hospital and the agency to improve on-site surveillance activities. Develop tools, presentations, and manuals/guides supporting public heath projects, programs, initiative, and studies. Develop communication messages and responses for the agency/client. Provide technical assistance for grant research projects. Serve as technical reviewer for national and regional public health related proposals/protocols from lower-income countries. Conduct medical record abstraction of medical and laboratory records for surveillance for emerging threats.
Provide technical direction from the agency/client and state health departments.
Coordinate activities with public health programs which has public health authority to conduct abstraction on behalf of state health department. Conduct site visits to medical providers, laboratories, hospitals, clinics, etc. to identify potential public health cases. Work with hospital/clinic/provider staff to have access to required locations and records. Complete any training at locations necessary to have access to records. Work with location staff to have appropriate computerized listings completed for review. Re-abstracting or re-review of cases returned by the agency/client to the abstractors for quality assurance or completeness. Provide enhanced surveillance and abstraction on an ad hoc basis (i.e. cluster investigations, special studies, emergency response). Operations Research Analyst/Data Scientist
Minimum Years’ Experience: 8 years
Responsibilities:
Provide quantitative and qualitative technical assessments and recommendation to management on the stature of future technologies, trends, and requirements.
Formulate technical assessment and recommendations. Attends and presents papers at seminars and conferences; identifies and assembles relevant technical literature and conducts research in designated customer areas of interest. Perform requirements analysis, concept implementation, data analysis, and reporting.
Conducts needs assessment and development of recommended project control solutions to be used for planning, scheduling, and tracking of each project through integration of various program management tools. Organize project and task workloads within budget and schedule guidelines.
Business/Financial Analyst
Master’s Degree substitutes for one year of experience.
Minimum Years’ Experience: 6 years
Performs budgeting, auditing, forecasting, and/or analysis. Identify potential problems and solutions through analysis. Interfaces with functional specialists and acts as a focal point to coordinate all disciplines in the recommended solution. Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
Demonstrates strong communication skills to elicit business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
Possesses intermediate knowledge of clinical and revenue cycle processes in hospital and clinic settings.
