Consensus Solutions LLC (CS), founded in 2019, is an SBA 8(a) certified company with expertise in providing healthcare strategy and management consulting that assists clients in establishing industry leading solution to challenges faced by large organization in the delivery of healthcare services, Information Technology (IT) and business process design and engineering. We work with public and private healthcare networks, hospitals, and providers to deliver best value for patients, drive innovation and reduce cost and operational complexities. CS creates mission-oriented solutions for our clients’ complex challenges including strategic planning and business transformation; portfolio, program and project management; process reengineering, performance improvement and change management; policy/data analysis and internal audit services;

Evaluates document content for completeness, comprehensibility, flow, and compliance with program standards and customer requirements. Analyzes current documentation and recommends improvements. Technical Writer Entry level manager responsible for writing, editing, and/or rewriting moderately complex technical documents and reports. Works with technical teams to develop instruction manuals and required technical documentation.
