The Service Contract Labor Standards, formerly the Service Contract Act (SCA), apply to this contract and it includes SCLS applicable labor categories. Labor categories and fixed price services marked with a (**) in this pricelist are based on the U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determination Number(s) identified in the SCLS/SCA matrix. The prices awarded are in line with the geographic scope of the contract (i.e., nationwide).

Functional Responsibilities: Directs projects and clients to make a profit for Terraphase.

Candidate directs large proposal efforts and is an expert in a technical skill set for which the employee is well known regionally or national with the regulatory community and/or clients.

Expert understanding of the required technical skills for the position held (e.g., geology, engineering, risk assessment, GIS, etc.). Has been assigned as a project manager for complex projects and completes project invoicing in timely manner. Displays ability to complete projects on time and on budget. Initiates solutions to project problems when they arise, but seeks input of senior managers when required. Produces written work products that require minimal revision/corrections for delivery to client. Provides technical review of work products. Provides certification that work has been completed in a high-quality and professional manner and meets Terraphase standards. Regularly interfaces with clients and the regulatory community. Minimum/General Experience: Two (2) years’ experience, and professional licensing is not required (Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required).

Functional Responsibilities: Experience with spreadsheets and basic report writing. Should be capable of putting together complex spreadsheets to track budgets and invoices under direction of a project manager. Under direction of technical staff, should be able to assist in producing high quality finished products for delivery to client and track expenses and direct charges to a project or task. May be asked to regularly answer the phone and deliver postage and parcels to staff and to post office.

Minimum Education: High school diploma

**Draftsperson II Minimum/General Experience: One (1) year experience, and professional licensing is not required (Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required).

Functional Responsibilities: Possess a basic understanding of ESRI ArcGIS or other comparable GIS software platforms. Possess a basic understanding of the Firm's map document (MXD) standards. Collect, compile and enter data into vector and raster data sets, and edit with GIS, excel and database programs with assistance or in conjunction with database managers. Complete work efficiently and within the specified schedule. Have completed work checked to ensure the highest level of quality assurance.
