Functional responsibilities: Responsible for project management and organizing staff resources.

Provides guidance to team members, coordinates project needs with clients; manages preparation and performance of all levels of NEPA studies, and natural, social, and cultural resources planning documents and responsible for establishment and/or maintenance of quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) processes and procedures.

Minimum years of experience: 10 or more years of experience in Environmental or Cultural Resources Project Management or similar field in a supervisory capacity.

Minimum education/degree requirements: PhD in Anthropology, Archaeology, Biology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or similar field.

Minimum Degree/Experience Substitution Master’s Degree with 15 years of experience or Bachelors Degree with 20 years of experience

Functional responsibilities: Supervises noxious weed management crews on projects. Certified as an applicator and is an expert in herbicide safety procedures, herbicide labels and labeling, herbicide formulations and types, calibration and equipment, and laws and regulations which govern herbicide use.

Responsible for writing and editing all technical reports to meet client and regulatory agency needs.

Minimum years of experience: 8 or more years of experience in noxious/invasive weed management, herbicide safety procedures and application, leading field crews, report writing, and/or similar experience in a supervisory role.

Minimum years of experience: 10 or more years of experience in noxious/invasive weed management, herbicide safety procedures and application, leading field crews, and/or similar experience.

Minimum years of experience: 5 or more years of experience in technical writing and editing, or similar experience.

Scientific Analyst III

Functional responsibilities: Plans and directs projects and supplies technical inspiration, leadership and consultation to professional co-workers. Paleontologist III

Functional responsibilities: Under general supervision of the Cultural Project Manager or Director, manages all aspects of small paleontology projects and tasks including, supervision of personnel and physical resources, budgeting, writing and preparation of proposals and reports, monitoring field procedures, and performance of field procedures. Supervises and performs all aspects of field research, data analysis, and writing of project reports. Schedules personnel, vehicles, and other resources, and maintains budget requirements. Instructs field personnel on methods of collection, and provides verbal and written instructions for specific tasks. Instruct employees in special tasks and job techniques. Follows procedures and budgetary restraints outlined in proposals to conclude projects on budget and on time.

Ethnographer III

Functional responsibilities: Works with the Cultural Resources Department. Responsibilities include designing and carrying out ethnographic research involving a variety of subjects, including both Native American and non–Native American groups; preparing ethnographic literature reviews; coordinating meetings among agencies, clients, and the knowledgeable representatives of tribal groups; investigating traditional cultural properties; and preparing the appropriate documentation for traditional cultural properties, including NRHP nominations. Depending on qualifications and experience, the Ethnographer may assume many of the duties typically assigned to a Principal Investigator (PI), though he or she is still ultimately responsible to the PI for a given project. For archaeological or historical projects having ethnographic components, the Ethnographer coordinates with the project director and other staff members responsible for carrying out specific tasks on a project. For all projects in which he or she participates, the Ethnographer is responsible for meeting his or her deadlines, remaining on budget, and for meeting the company's standard of care.
