SEOPS shall provide Turnkey Mission Integration and Operations of our cubesat deployment services for Customer wishing to deploy cubesats in to low Earth Orbit. This service includes: use of the expendable satellite deployment systems (Slingshot via Cygnus at
51.6 inclination, >450km or Equalizer via SpaceX SmallSat Rideshare, SSO 500‐600km); negotiating a baseline requirement set, acting as the interface between Customer and Launch Vehicle (LV) (SpaceX or NASA), for all Launch Service processes and data requirements as needed; Provide up to once‐weekly, as needed tag‐ ups with Customer and LV representative; Preparation of Safety Data Packages and Representation of the Customer at the Safety Review Panels in order to secure Safety Certification; Provide training and guidance on the deployment hardware; provide mission planning/support; train crewmembers and NASA flight controllers as needed; develop Interface Definition Documents; Support Technical Review Meetings;
Perform fit check testing; Coordinate delivery of analytical and test data to verify payload hardware and satisfy all safety and systems level verification / requirements; Provide Mission Operation Support (crew/on‐orbit operations, technical troubleshooting, re‐ planning) for payloads; provide deployment state vector.
Customer is responsible for all radio frequence / regulatory licensing if required (unless otherwise noted).
