Project Engineer Job Description:

Develop, repair, and replace equipment on projects to improve system reliability and efficiency. Must have a Mechanical Engineering Degree to develop Scopes of Work, construction estimates, procurement documents, and perform construction management of projects involving mechanical and structural equipment and components. The provided personnel will develop, review and provide guidance for contractor project team in mechanical engineering & design specification and scope and project engineering cost estimation to ensure it is justified and fit-for-purpose, compliance with applicable design engineering codes and standards, project specifications, statutory and regulatory requirements taking into consideration technical integrity, cost, schedule, constructability, operability and maintainability i.e. in full compliance to project & plant changes requirements. The provided personnel will participate in the quality control of engineering design on engineering deliverables through activities such as reviews by third parties to ensure compliance with applicable design engineering codes and standards, project requirements (HSE, HAZOP, EIA, QRA, etc.), statutory and safety requirements. The provided personnel will provide subject matter expert review and quality assurance of annual measurement and verification reports for the campus Energy Savings Performance Contract. Knowledge of emergency generator support (EGEN) Black Starts, and Functional Performance Test. These tests are critical and must be conducted to know the operability of the cup. That will adhere to compliance to statutory and legislative requirements.

Safety Officer Job Description:

"Responsible for planning, directing, developing, evaluating, validating, adapting, and providing facility safety and health programs, industrial hygiene programs, and environmental programs. Principal duties in performance of program goals and objectives concern program planning, development, management, and direction of facility safety and health and environmental programs applicable to the facilities. The safety officer will organize and set up CPR/AED, fire drills and other safety related training programs. Manage the completion of all construction projects and their close out items. Attend and participate in construction and projects meetings, maintain minutes necessary for close coordination during day-to-day progress of the work or as required to carry out projects. Property Analyst Description: Ensure that the unreconciled payments and completed actions for acquired property are done on a weekly basis. Record new and update assets. Update assets locations.

Create and maintain on-boarding documents and submit them to helpdesk.

Follow-up on the status of equipment being deployed to on-boarding employees and/or contractors to ensure it is processed in a timely manner.

Conduct demographic research and analyze market trends concerning particular property assignments.

Manage and analyze website traffic information to identify trends and clients’ patterns.

Maintain statistics and analysis reports for the targeted real estate market.

Assist relationship managers and brokers with data-backed analysis for presentations to potential property sellers and buyers.

Service Contract Labor Standards Matrix:

The Service Contract Labor Standards, formerly the Service Contract Act (SCA), is applicable to this contract as it applies to the entire Multiple Award Schedule and all services provided. While no specific labor categories have been identified as being subject to SCLS due to exemptions for professional employees (FAR 22.1101, 22.1102 and 29 CRF 541.300), this contract still maintains the provisions and protections for SCLS eligible labor categories. If and/or when the contractor adds SCLS labor categories/employees to the contract through the modification process, the contractor must inform the Contracting Officer and establish a SCLS matrix identifying the GSA labor category titles, the occupational code, SCLS labor category titles and the applicable WD number. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the contract.
