Labor Category Descriptions
General Laborer
Education Required: High School Diploma Experience Required: None
Responsibilities: Labor such as clean up and debris removal as required by the Restoration Supervisor or Technician.
Clerical Administrator
Experience Required: 1 year
Responsibilities: Assists the Project Auditor with completion and compilation of data for invoicing. May assist in tracking or delivery of necessary materials and equipment as required. Primarily assist in typing, filing and data entry.
Restoration Supervisor
Experience Required: One or more years of restoration work related experience. Trained or certified by IICRC as a Water Restoration Technician.
The IICRC is the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification, a non-profit organization for the Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Industries. The IICRC offers 25 different certifications across the Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Industries that are taught by highly trained Approved Instructors and Schools. They are recognized as the restoration industry leader in protocols. Some of the 25 courses are Eater Restoration Technician, Odor Control Technician, Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician, Commercial Drying Specialist, Applied Microbial Technician, and Applied Structural Drying Technician.

Responsibilities: Hands-on supervision of daily tasking by the Project Manager. Responsible for managing specific tasks associated with the project. Maintains daily logs, time, and other necessary documents as directed. Ensures that procedures, protocols, and standards are maintained.
Resource Coordinator
Experience Required: 3 years; requires knowledge of procurement related activities
Responsibilities: Assist with procurement of labor, material, and equipment. Maintain maintenance required to keep equipment operating at full capacity. Manages mobilization of equipment and resources to designated jobsite.
Assistant Project Manager
Experience Required: 2 years, with the IICRC Water Restoration Technician Certification
The IICRC is the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification, a non-profit organization for the Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Industries. The IICRC offers 25 different certifications across the Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Industries that are taught by highly trained Approved Instructors and Schools. Review and verify work order forms from Restoration Supervisors at the end of each shift. Observe crews for safety, quality, and quantity.
Project Manager
Experience Required: Three or more years of work-related experience with a Restoration Contractor. Is trained and holds two or more certifications by IICRC including water plus one other certification.

Responsibilities: Accountable for daily operations and management of personnel and subcontractors onsite. Responsible for updating daily task status to work plans, and schedules. May communicate directly with the client in the Project Directors absence. Handles schedule of project resources to the appropriate tasking. Helps to enforce safety requirements onsite as well as security. Ensures tasks are completed in line with the statement of work and that all procedures are followed correctly.
Production Technician
Experience Required: 1 year of related experience
Responsibilities: Work on projects assigned daily assigned by the Restoration Supervisor. Responsible for completing specific tasks associated with the project. Ensures that procedures, practice, and standards are being adhered to during the production.
Bio Technician
Experience Required: Three or more years of work-related experience with a Restoration Contractor. Is trained and holds two or more certifications by IICRC including water plus one other certification.

The technician is responsible for completing specific tasks associated with the project to include utilization of proper personal protection equipment, proper collection of contaminated materials and placing it in proper disposal containers and coordinating the proper disposal with proper documentation of incineration.
