Subject Matter Expert

Minimum Education: Masters Degree

Minimum Years’ Experience: Twelve (12) years

Provides specialized knowledge in a technical or functional area, such as quantitative analytics, business analysis, risk management or program/project management. Provides insightful evaluations and client solutions leveraging industry experience. Provides advisory, strategic and/or management roles on the engagement. May review deliverables and work products for quality and technical accuracy.

Project Manager

Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree

Minimum Years’ Experience: Seven (7) years

Manages projects across multiple disciplines including business, finance, accounting, technology, or equivalent fields. Familiar with multiple business processes. May lead multiple projects and builds strong client relationships. Leads team and manages client relationships on a daily basis. Provides technical guidance to the project team and day-to-day contract and project management. May contribute to project execution and provide functional and/or technical support as it relates to process improvements, business analysis, financial and economic models, quantitative/statistical analysis, accounting, risk management, research studies, data science, data management, system implementation, program and policy analysis, program/project management or other general management consulting requirements.

Director

Minimum Education: Masters Degree

Minimum Years’ Experience: Twelve (12) years

Senior Consultant - I

Minimum Years’ Experience: Four (4) years

Performs analysis, research, and project tasks with moderate to minimal supervision. Assists junior staff. Communicates with team lead and project manager. Areas of support may include process improvements, business analysis, financial and economic models, quantitative/statistical analysis, accounting, risk management, research studies, data science, data management, system implementation, program and policy analysis, program and policy analysis, program/project management or other management consulting requirements.

Consultant

Minimum Years’ Experience: Two (2) years
