COMPANY PROFILE
Oneida Total Integrated Enterprises, LLC (OTIE), a Native American, tribally-owned small business that specializes in infrastructure engineering, environmental engineering and science, construction management and quality control, and munitions response services. OTIE has the depth of resources, experience, and quality of work to consistently exceed our customers’ expectations.
Working with federal, state, and local government agencies, as well as commercial and industrial facilities, OTIE has established a solid reputation as knowledgeable, responsive, flexible, and cost effective. With 12 office locations and numerous project offices nationwide and OCONUS, we offer experienced personnel that can mobilize quickly and cost-effectively.

· Occupational and environmental safety and health consulting services Program Management and GSA Multiple Award Schedule Summary OTIE has performed diverse work including site investigations, environmental site assessments (ESAs), UST closures, water system vulnerability assessments, storm water monitoring, industrial hygiene and indoor air quality studies, minor facilities construction (walkways and curbs), and cultural resource related work. Since early 2014, OTIE has been executing USEPA Superfund Technical Assessment & Response Team (START) task orders under our GSA Contract for removal actions, preparedness and prevention services, and assessment services. OTIE also is performing Fence-to-Fence Environmental Compliance services across a broad range of environmental regulatory programs at many different locations across the United States.
OTIE’s long-standing relationship with federal customers such as the U.S. Air Force Civil Engineering Center (AFCEC), the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and the U.S. Navy has led us to develop a corporate infrastructure that not only supports our customers’ technical requirements, but which also is designed to ensure compliance with FAR regulations.

OTIE has provided and continues to provide a wide range of fence-to-fence environmental compliance services for many USAF installations, including:

OTIE has been awarded the GSA Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) which is administered by the USAF 772nd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron for a wide range of environmental compliance services at USAF installations worldwide. OTIE is providing fence-to-fence environmental compliance services under this BPA at many of the installations listed above.
CERCLA Environmental Remediation Services
OTIE performs all CERCLA environmental remediation services for several federal agencies nationwide. OTIE has performed site investigations by applying the USEPA Triad approach to adapt and maximize the value of field investigations by using flexible Work Plans, decision rules, and field analytical techniques. OTIE has performed treatability testing for several aerobic and anaerobic in situ technologies to develop site-specific design criteria. OTIE has performed detailed engineering design for remediation systems and constructed remediation systems. We have performed long-term O&M, monitoring, and process optimization to maximize cost-effectiveness while maintaining protectiveness. OTIE has developed web-based data management and visualization systems to enhance communication and understanding among stakeholders.
Engineering Design Services OTIE has provided civil and structural engineering design, construction management, and O&M services for a multiple of infrastructure/facility improvement projects for commercial customers and federal agencies. OTIE provides transportation engineering for planning and design of urban and rural roadways, bridges, and related infrastructure. In support of our engineering design capabilities, we have CADD and Microstation capabilities and have used the government’s Unified Facility Guidance Specifications and many other specifications packages used by federal agencies for civil engineering improvements to military family housing and water and wastewater systems.
