Senior Environmental Compliance/Waste Management Specialist
Functional Responsibility: Serves as an environmental and/or waste management subject-matter expert within an area/discipline of the Environmental Management System. Provide in-depth subject matter expertise and/or program leadership for a particular area (e.g. radioactive waste management, air pollution control & compliance, etc.), including performing technical reviews of work performed by others to assure applicable standards are consistently met. May serve in the role of waste acceptance and/or certification officer. Responsible for developing environmental/waste management compliance strategies for highly complex, important, or sensitive issues, projects, or activities. Responsible for interpretation of requirements and ability to interpolate and extrapolate engineering-oriented design and Operational standards, rules, policies and strategies as needed to develop solutions to problems or issues of particular importance to the Company.
Responsible for making independent professional judgments, decisions and evaluations and effectively debrief management representatives to resolve technical problems.

Environmental Project Manager
Functional Responsibility: Provide overall environmental/waste management leadership for projects or programs. Resolve day to day problems regarding interpretation of requirements that are referred by subordinated staff. Provide major input for rules/regulations and policy/procedure development/modification in program areas of responsibility and technical expertise. Interface with customers, other environmental staff, and management as appropriate. Determine priorities/schedules for timely completion of work projects in assigned program area. Project Controls Specialist
Functional Responsibility: Responsible for integration of activities and departments, documents, accounting and control functions. Develop draft reports, programmatic presentations, compilation of supporting data and production of final technical reports and memoranda. Prepare monthly status reports on cost/schedule performance. Lead monthly project controls meeting to review and update the performance of each active project as required. Senior Financial/Reports & Data Analyst
Functional Responsibility: Perform analysis on a wide range of financial and programmatic data in order to advise management on status of program activities. Conduct detailed financial analysis on direct and indirect costs, develop summary data reports to meet programmatic performance measurement objectives, and responding to day-to-day management requests for information, reports, and presentations. Responsible for providing timely and accurate financial analysis reports & data. This includes advising management as required and providing recommendations on potential actions to address issues that are identified. Review information on overall waste management costs, generator charge-back costs via internal effort charge-back system (PALS), reporting of overhead-funded activities, maintenance of cost objects and cost centers, distribution of chargeback hours to generators, preparation of presentations and flow charts as needed, waste tracking reports and other assistance as required.

Reports and Data Assistant
Functional Responsibility: Assist program staff in the creation and management of various data, including retention of required reports and records as required by regulatory drivers or as needed in support of program activities. Provide reports and data support in the generation of required reports, and in the proper maintenance retention of written and electronic information in accordance with Company records management requirements. Actively manage environmental and/or waste management data using established software tools (e.g. BroadPointe) in accordance with program direction. Generate requested reports using noted software tools.

Data Management Specialist
Functional Responsibility: Develop software with the core functionality of supporting waste management activities, to be deployed as a web-based application.
Activities include design workflow process for item level waste characterization, creation of pack plans for packing items into DOT packaging, storing and tracking waste in authorized locations, creation and tracking of shipping papers and support internal cost transfers. Develop project schedule information. Participate in meetings designed to measure progress and resolve problems. Skill in working with waste management professionals and financial staff on a wide range of topics.

Environmental Sampling Technician
Functional Responsibility: Serve as environmental sampling technician within the
Environmental Protection Services Division. Environmental sampling tasks could include air, water, or other media. Collect and manage environmental samples associated with environmental programs.

Federal requirements. Ability to work outdoors in potentially physically challenging situations
(stack climbing, water sampling on creek banks, etc.).

Functional Responsibility: Lead Safety Basis documentation development with proficiency and experience in the areas of safety analysis, engineering and operations for the specific type of nuclear and high hazard facilities included in the scope of Task. Provide technical assistance in the development of documented safety analyses, technical safety requirements, and related technical support documentation in accordance with industry and company quality standards.
Ensure that the developed nuclear safety documentation complies with requirements and as necessary, applicable controls are implemented in implementing procedures. Identify and tailor applicable functional, operational, and regulatory compliance-based requirements for missions, projects, and activities. Support safety basis implementation and readiness activities at nuclear facilities. Provide expert level knowledge of integrating nuclear safety requirements to new missions, facilities and projects. Work with teams to analyze and solve technical nuclear safety issues. Safety analysis expertise shall include such areas as risk assessment, hazard categorization, hazard and accident analysis methods, TSR development, DOE Orders, and integrated Safety Management.

Nuclear Safety Analyst IV
Functional Responsibility: Recognized as a subject matter expert based on leadership in development and implementation of Safety Basis documentation for a wide variety of complex nuclear and high hazard facilities.
