Shipley Training Courses

Onsite (per course) These are tailored trainings typically held at the location of the client. These courses are for groups of 10-20 and are tailored to the specific needs of the client. With each training the participants will receive a manual, a workshop resource workbook as well as other tailored training materials. We tailor the classes by integrating the workshop we provide and the client’s documents and projects they are working on.

Onsite training is an efficient and economical way to train large numbers of employees. In addition, it offers the benefit of an interactive workshop to build a more cohesive team in meeting Agency or group goals by having participants able to hear the same message at the same time. Training onsite provides the opportunity to exchange ideas and discuss relevant issues while learning essential skills and receiving the tools to better perform your responsibilities.

Virtual Classrooms The Shipley Group offers Live Virtual Classrooms that provide the same world-class training you would receive in the classroom right from your home or office. All that is required is a phone line and internet access. With this training, you receive the following:

· Live interaction and instruction from our experienced trainers over a conference call line

· Trademarked workshop resources handbooks and workbooks

· Advanced learning methods using Adobe Connect A specific class will be advertised by the Shipley Group. An individual can register for our virtual classes online or over the phone. The participant will receive materials by way of FedEx as well as an email instructing them how to access the class by way of Adobe Connect and a conference call line. The individual takes the class from their home or office eliminating the need for travel.

These are live classes where the participant can interact with the instructor and other participants just like in person classes using the technology we provide. Each class has the same exercises and activities as a live-classes. Each participant will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the class.

Open Enrollment These are typical in class trainings held at locations around the country. A specific class will be advertised by the Shipley Group. An individual can register for our open enrollment classes online or over the phone. The participant is responsible for their own travel and per diem. Upon arrive the participants will receive their training material. Participants are in a live classroom setting using documents and educational materials chosen by The Shipley group.

Prices shown do not include consultant's travel expenses or material shipping costs. Consultant's travel expenses and shipping vary based upon location of training and will be added to the above prices.
