Functional Area Analyst 4
Description:
Performs role as a senior analyst through application of analytical and/or other comparative techniques in at least one of the following analytic disciplines that include but are not limited to:
Acquisition; Quality Assurance; Configuration Management; Information Systems; Business Processes; Operations Research; or other engineering related technical/functional analysis fields.
Independently conducts analysis and may lead junior Systems Analysts in conducting planning and execution of integration and acceptance testing; creation of system documentation and user training materials.
Min. Experience1: Minimum of 9 years of experience.

Performs role as a lead analyst through application of analytical and/or other comparative techniques in at least one of the following analytic disciplines that include but are not limited to:

Acquisition Analyst 5
Performs role as a senior acquisition analyst for a complex system acquisition. Provide expert, independent services and thought leadership in problem definition, strategy development, analysis, solicitation requirements development, and contract performance monitoring throughout a system’s life cycle. Provides recommendations and advice on acquisition planning, strategies, solicitation development approaches, and/or proposal evaluation/source selection process. Participate in the proposal and source selection process as required.

Cybersecurity Test Engineer 5
Performs role as a senior cybersecurity test engineer. Provide cybersecurity services for cybersecurity problem definition, risk analysis, risk mitigation solutions, test requirements development, test data analysis, and/or cybersecurity testing. Provides recommendations and advice on cybersecurity vulnerability improvements and sustainment. Specialized experience includes functional knowledge of delivery order specific requirements or developing cybersecurity test plans and requirements for testing complex IT centric systems for cybersecurity vulnerability identification and mitigation. Must demonstrate the ability to work independently and to collaborate with industry teams for developing and implementing cybersecurity solutions.

requirement or concept development; test and evaluation planning and validation; and systems engineering process development and execution.
