1. Create a Statement of Work (including but not limited to description of work including location, scope, schedule, deliverables) for your project, program, or continuous project needs.
2. For orders under the micro-purchase threshold, your contracts office can place an order directly with CRS Engineers, contract 47QRAA19D004X which allows us to offer project solutions almost immediately.
3. For orders which exceed the micro-purchase threshold, CRS is pleased to accept any Request for Quote from your contracts office, simply reference CRS GSA contract number 47QRAA19D004X. Please include scope or statement of work so we can expedite your request. Using GSA Advantage, identify two additional MAS GSA contractors which match your project's needs by NAICS code (three or more GSA contractors required).
4. After determining the best value, place your order: A task order, purchase order, or blanket purchase agreement.

The Service Contract Act (SCLS) is applicable to this contract and it includes SCLS applicable labor categories. Prices for SCLS labor categories noted above are identified with double asterisks (**) in the labor category descriptions and awarded price list are based on the U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determination Number(s). The prices awarded are in line with the geo-graphic scope of the contract (i.e. nationwide).
SCLS covered categories/services are adjusted in accordance with 52.222-43 Fair Labor Standards Act and Service Contract Labor Standards—Price Adjustment. The same method of escalation for non-SCLS covered labor categories applies.
