General Experience/Skill Level: Ten or more years of relevant experience, strong negotiating and analytical skills, strong management skills including the ability to hire, recruit, train, motivate and supervise a variety of colleagues and subordinates, ability to make decisions in complicated and dynamic market conditions, superior communication skills, broad company wide and real estate knowledge, complete understanding of and effectiveness in client/advisor relationships. Vice President or equivalent

General Experience/Skill Level: A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, proven independent ability to form and support opinions and recommendations in their assigned area of expertise, strong management skills including the ability to motivate and supervise junior-level staff and/or subcontractor staff, superior communication skills and specific functional expertise. Full accountability for satisfactory completion of specific task order functions (such as research, accounting or asset management).

Assistant Vice President or equivalent

General Experience/Skill Level: Four to eight years of relevant experience, strong financial analysis skills, good people management skills, may oversee the work of one or more junior level or subcontractor staff, strong communication skills, knowledge of respective functional area, ability to work independently with limited supervision and guidance. Full accountability for satisfactory completion of assigned elements within specific task orders.

Associate or Equivalent

General Experience/Skill Level: Two to six years of relevant experience, excellent financial analysis skills, good people skills, strong communication skills, ability to work well in a team and seek guidance, excellent computer skills. 24. Notification regarding registration in System for Award Management (SAM) database. Registered May 10, 1999 Service Contract Labor Standards: The Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS), formerly known as the Service Contract Act (SCA), is applicable to this contract as it applies to the entire Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) and all services provided. While no specific labor categories have been identified as being subject to SCLS/SCA due to exemptions for professional employees (FAR 22.1101, 22.1102 and 29 CRF 541.300), this contract still maintains the provisions and protections for SCLS/SCA eligible labor categories. If and / or when the contractor adds SCLS/SCA labor categories to the contract through the modification process, the contractor must inform the Contracting Officer and establish a SCLS/SCA matrix identifying the GSA labor category titles, the occupational code, SCLS/SCA labor category titles and the applicable WD number. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the contract.
