Process Based Leadership – Executive Series and Associate Series (Copyrighted 2001) CSI lead training Course Length: 4 Hours per Module (Consultant-Led)

Effective Operations:

A lively introduction to the fundamentals of process-based leadership; this module utilizes participant interaction and discussion to apply the criticality of driving focus, urgency, and accountability throughout all organizational levels. Because culture change requires open and honest communication, the team creates specific processes for building trust.
