Motor Coach and Driver Based on one motor coach in use for one bus day.
A bus day is defined as any standard 24-hour day in which a motor coach is in use for 3 or more hours. A motor coach is defined as being in use from the time of departure from its home base to the time it arrives back at the home base.

Based on a vehicle without a driver which is staged in theater and available within 24 hours.

Motor Coach and Driver pricing includes the following:
❖ Driver and vehicle costs ❖ Driver meals and lodging ❖ Fuel and tolls ❖ Other overhead expenses ❖ All travel and per diem costs associated with delivery of these services is included in the fixed price Bus Day rate herein or provided by the government and will not be billed separately.
Motor Coach and Driver cancellation policy:
❖ PHOENIX BUS INC requires a 72 hours cancellation notification prior to deployment.
❖ PHOENIX BUS INC requires a 24 hours cancellation notification after the minimum has been met.
PHOENIX BUS INC’ pricing is based on one motor coach in use for one bus day. A bus day is defined as any standard 24-hour day in which a motor coach is in use for 3 or more hours. The minimum service period is 4 days for each motor coach ordered.

NON-EMERGENCY LOCAL CHARTER MOTOR COACH SERVICES
Non-emergency local charter motor coach pricing includes the following:
❖ Driver and vehicle costs, including tolls.
❖ Fuel – if price of fuel exceeds $4.00/gallon in a region a 5% fuel surcharge on total equipment costs will apply ❖ Other overhead expenses
A motor coach is defined as a 47-57 passenger bus equipped with, WI-FI, USB, ADA BUS, DVD/VHS player, PA system, heating and air conditioning and a lavatory.
PHOENIX BUS DOES NOT WORK IN ALASKA AND PUERTO RICO.

Non-emergency over-the-road motor coach pricing includes the following:
❖ Driver and vehicle costs, including tolls.
❖ Fuel – if price of fuel exceeds $4.00/gallon in a region a 5% fuel surcharge on total equipment costs will apply ❖ Other overhead expenses ❖ For overnight travel, the client will reimburse the cost of driver rooms
Over the Road Charters are defined as long distance travel (more than 100 miles) out of the local area.
NON-EMERGENCY OVER-THE-ROAD MOTOR COACH SERVICES
Overnight over-the-road motor coach pricing will be based at the higher of:
a) Minimum plus additional hourly rate for the region;
b) Mileage unit price multiplied by total miles.
• Driver and vehicle costs.
• Fuel – if price of fuel exceeds $4.00/gallon in a region a 5% fuel surcharge on the total.
• A single driver can only legally drive 550 miles per day or a maximum of 10 hours of driving time per day.
• Charters requiring more than 10 hours of continues driving time will require the addition of an additional and or relay driver to the charter. *Pricing may be increased.
• Rates include parking and toll fees.
• Driver accommodation and per diems are not included.

The Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) is applicable to this contract, and it includes SCLS applicable labor categories. The prices for the indicated SCLS labor categories are based on the U.S. Department of Labor Wage. Determination Number(s) identified in the SCLS matrix. The prices awarded are in line with the geographic scope of the contract (i.e. nationwide).
Terms and Conditions:
1- 5 minimum hours for hourly charter bus services and cancelation purposes.
2- Labor categories are included on charter buses services only and are not being offered as stand alone services.
3- $8.00 mileage fee when travel exceeds more than 100 miles out of the local area.
4- Wait times are waived.
5- Rates offered to GSA include drivers and vehicle costs.
6- Fuel surcharge: 5% if fuel exceeds $4.00 a gallon.
7- Rates include parking and tolls.
8- Driver accommodations and per diems are not included on rates, in case of overnights services.
9- All travel and per diem costs associated with the delivery of Emergency Services is included in the fixed price
Bus Day rate herein or provided by the Government and will not be billed separately.
10- EPA mechanism I-FSS-969 paragraph b (1) with a fixed 1.75% annual escalation
