ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Non-emergency local charter motor coach pricing includes the following:

Driver and vehicle costs Fuel – if price of fuel exceeds $3.25/gallon in a region a 5% fuel surcharge on the total.

A single driver can only legally drive 550 miles per day or a maximum of 10 hours of driving time per day.

Traveling time may apply based on location of pickup and drop off.

Charters requiring more than 10 hours of continues driving time will require the addition of an additional and or relay driver to the charter. *Pricing may be increased.

A motor coach is defined as a 49-56 passenger bus equipped with DVD/VHS player, PA system, heating and air conditioning and a lavatory.
